Drink was good, service was quick, and barista were kind. They also have pictures of customer animals on window.My drink cup was covered In syrup, so that was an extremely unpleasant surprise. I brought my own cup because #sustainability. Told the person I did. They said ok and to pull around. They didn’t make the drink in my cup and ignored that completely. (Kinda pointless, since Starbucks is trying to move away from single-use cups. Baristas, especially when I’m the only one in line should use my clean cup.)Said they put the signs out for a new drink early and acted like they were doing me a favor by making it. No, you advertised you had it.My biggest gripe is not using my cup even after I said I had one, and then giving me a cup covered in syrup so I had sticky hands for the rest of my drive.
Sunday afternoon. Drive through was full. Ok, cool I’ll go inside. I order my double shot espresso at the counter. Wait 10 minutes while the entire drive through gets their drinks. Watch a black truck pull up to the drive through (this is 10 minutes after I’ve ordered). I set my timer on my watch. The truck I saw pull into the drivethru after I ordered got their drinks 5 minutes before I got my espresso. It took 20 minutes to get a double shot espresso waiting in their lobby. Don’t waste your time going inside, it’s pretty clear if you order inside you are the absolute lowest priority for this store.If you are looking for a real coffee shop check out Wolf Hills in Abingdon. It’s THE BEST local spot and an actual Coffee shop, instead of a fast food drive thru coffee dispenser like Starbucks.
We went through the drive thru at the Starbucks on Lee Hwy on a Sunday morning. This location does not have enough parking lot space or drive thru space. During our 10 minutes in the drive thru line there were several cars half out in the road trying to get into the parking lot. We also saw a close call with drivers trying to back out of a parking place, cars trying to find a parking spot and cars waiting in the drive thru.We got two scones and two caramel macchiatos with extra caramel. The drinks were good, not great and not the worst we’ve had. If we happen to be in the area when it’s not crowded we might stop in again. But, we could probably get about the same drink at a convenience store.
never got my order wrong,drinks are always good,the place inside is fantastic no bugs or nothing and they have the best coffee place in the world I love you Starbucks?
After 3 weeks worth of renovations recently, I honestly thought they would get new machines but I guess not. I'm not really sure what the issue is honestly. I pay over $8 daily for my coffee and with 4 shots of espresso you should be able to taste it. I've even went as far as to ask them to make sure to put them in there. That just seems to make it worse after they ignore me! Today, it tastes like a cup of hot caramel milk!!!! My family travels a lot and I go to Starbucks everywhere we go and a venti with 2 extra shots is usually so strong I can hardly drink it (that's how I like it LoL). Starbucks Exit 7 just can't get it right here lately and I will leave a review everyday if I have to, until they do!!!!!
It's always friendly here and I like the coffee.....BUT they NEVER have bagels or cream cheese!!! So I just go across town go Trail Blazer coffee!!!
Slow. So brutally slow. 2 coffees and a bagel took more than 15 min. And they didn’t have anything brewed except Pike Place. No other options.

I love Starbucks. I only get black unsweetened iced tea. You'd be surprised how some places can screw that up. But not Starbucks. It's right Everytime. Friendly staff. I just love the consistency.!
