Carry-out Experience: Placing order was pleasant and simple over phone. There is a seoarate door for Carry-out. Staff member opened door for me. I was helped right away. While one staff member went to run my card, three different team checked on me and asked me if I had been served (during dinner rush hour). Food was amazing! We sampled a variety of things on the menu amd was pleased with it all! The wings were top for wing lovers. We loved everything we ordered. Wings, Special nachos, Mac & Cheese, Greens, Sweet Potato Souflette, Grits, Deciled Eggs, and Cornbread...and the meat with the nachos was so tender! This place is a new favorite!
Highly recommend this place. Food is delicious. Good service. The meat platter easily fed 6 of us. Only complaint is that they can not accommodate parties great than 4 on the patio.
Had dinner here for my husband's birthday and Father's day dinner. I'm not a big fan of BBQ, but this completely changed my mind! We ordered the Butcher's Block. We had our daughter and son in law with us and this was more food than we could ever imagine eating without bringing most of it home. We got the 4 sides with it and ordered extra sides to get a sample of nearly everything and we were NOT disappointed! The endless nachos... AMAZING! The turkey..... Well we will for sure be getting some of that on a regular basis. The brisket and burnt ends..... BBQ beans, fried green tomatoes... Just Beyond amazing! I loved that it comes out without the sauces and you add your own from the bottles at the table. The atmosphere is amazing, a little cold of course, but amazing. Can't wait to come back and try out the brunch!
This was probably the most delicious breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I got the French toast, sausage, and candied bacon. We left full and very happy! Will definitely be coming back if we are in the area.
Food and service was fantastic. The waiter knew the dishes and helped me pair the perfect sides. The chef knew what sauce paired with what and it was a delicious experience. The ribs fell off the bone!
That was some best food we had while visited Bristol. Good atmosphere and great service. All food was amazing. Big selection of all kind of bbq meats. I've got brisket, burnt ends and wings. All tasted amazing. 100% recommend to stop by when in area.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere! I'm so glad they decided to open this one in Bristol, VA as driving to J.C. was a bit much. We went for my mother's birthday since she'd never been.The food was top notch. The portions sizes were more than enough, and the flavor, texture, doneness, and presentation were great.The atmosphere was cozy with great cleanliness, decor, and music, but the lighting was too dim. If we hadn't been seated near an exterior door, we wouldn't have been able to see the menu or would have resorted to using our phones for light. When we go back, I'll get photos of the interior, if I'm not too enamored by the food again...The service was prompt, attentive, polite, and appropriately professional, yet conversational and engaging. Basically, perfect.I'll include photos of what we got, but to list them off; The appetizers were the Fried Green Tomatoes and Hog & Homefries. The entrees were the Double Burger with tots, and the Smoked Chicken & Pulled Pork BBQ with Coleslaw and Sweet Potato Souffle.If you like BBQ, or just great food, I would highly recommend giving them a try.
amazing food and great service
We were a party of 14 on the patio Tuesday night and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent(I might just eat cornbread next time it was soooo good) and the service was top notch. We all ordered a little of everything-brisket, chicken, ribs, wings, pulled pork, collards, Mac n cheese, fried green tomatoes, salads, sweet potato souffle, fries, pork belly, and we were very happy with our meals. Did I mention the cornbread??? Thank you Southern Craft for a great night out!!!
Really great food with large portions. Good drinks as well. Would definitely recommend you try it when in the area.
