I always go here for lunch cause it's the closest food near my work. I went this afternoon to the drive thru, arriving at 7:28 and waiting until 7:41 before pulling off after no one spoke over the drive thru. I spoke to a passing worker who said they were busy and would probably be with me in a minute. I honestly wouldn't have minded but to sit there but with 3 to 4 cars behind me for 13 minutes and no one saying anything over the drive thru was a bit irritating. I'll miss lunch today due to this. Just overall an irritating experience.
Husband tried to bring family sonic for dinner tonight ...something easy so we didn't have to cook..If I could give this trip to sonics a 0 star I would. When my husband got home from here, he released that my daughters entire meal was missing. He drove back to sonic ( 30 min from home) and told them that they forgot her meal. They assumed no responsibility whatsoever for forgetting her meal. Told him that he should have double checked. Then he drove 30min back home.

Great place nice workers! Had a problem w the app not allowing me to add my one debit card and I wanted my drink half price and use the coupon they sent me for a burger the one day and the manager took care of it and adjusted the price to match the apps and took cash so I got to get an extra coupon basically as it wasnt taken off my app! That's how a business should be run!!!
To be short staffed they got the food to me very quickly... they have a very friendly staff..and the food was awesome
Two girls inside blatantly laughed at me when I told them my name… seriously? Would not recommend any of the food; greasy, poorly made, and half of the time you don’t even get what you order. Only thing worth going here for is ice cream and slushies, but they’re still poorly made.
Sonic food is usually very good Im not sure what happened on this visit but the tots and bacon cheeseburger was unusualy greasy almost awful ?
The waitress was tons of help.I ordered online and it said the garlic Burger would be half off. It most definitely was not. It even had it advertised on their screen when I asked about it they told me that was the third party app and they could do nothing about it. So they do not honor what they advertise. Second of all the garlic butter was so salty you could not eat it. All that it is is butter with a lot of garlic salt. Couldn't even eat half of it.
Compared to other sonics this one has good food and friendly employees. They are always under staffed but they work hard to get the orders in. I'm giving two stars because the slushy machine has been down for like a month! I only go to Sonic for the slushy and I feel like that's a major appeal if a sonic. I would have went somewhere else the last five times I had been craving a slushy if I'd known.
WAS VERY BUSY DIDN'T ORDER BUT 2 SLUSHIES AND I DIDN'T WAIT LONG. EVERYONE I HAVE MET IS VERY NICE
