Edit: Sadly, today I have to down great my rating. We ordered ahead like we always do, so we don’t have to wait to order when we get there and for them to get the food prepared because we only have a 30 minute lunch. The food presented well and they had it out quickly and the lady again this time was very sweet! However, whenever i got back to the office and we opened everything the burgers had grease covering them and soaked into the buns ( we couldn’t get a decent picture of that), but we included pictures of the wrappers and grease the dripped out in the counter and started to harden . The bottom of the bag is covered like it was leaking out of the wrappers. 2/4 sándwiches we got we’re of good quality. The 2 double cheese burgers is what this mainly occurred on which understandable because they have more fat in the meat, but still the amount was ridiculous. The fun doesn’t stop there. The onions rings that we received on our two large orders tasted like they were sorta freezer burnt but also like they had been in the warmer too long and served.. though they were warm the quality wasn’t great.The food is always good and the car hop was so friendly. She answered a few questions that I had with ease! I do miss the patty melt though. Be sure to order through the app, it’s simple, straightforward, and you get significantly saving by earning rewards and special offers.
The person cut me off and gave me total before I was finished ordering. Tried again and she done the same thing and I yelled I'm not done. So I finished my order sigh her and she didn't get it right and I didn't notice till I got home. I ordered #7 with mustard and onion and I got #6. If I had noticed there I would have blessed her out! We eat sonic a lot but I don't think I will again. Ridiculous!!!!!
Good shakes and great food! A little bit more pricey than other fast food places, but everything on the menu here is tasty and great for ice cream based desserts (milkshakes, sonic blasts etc.)
No restrooms for your customers is not very inviting. Also the Sonic App would not work so I could save a few pennies.
This location on the Volunteer Parkway has gone downhill over the past year when it comes to quality and taste. I was blown away that a strawberry limeade, corn dog and small onion ring cost $7.61! To beat it all the limeade had no carbonation and tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days, as did the corn dog. I'm guessing there was a total of 2-1/2 onion rings in the order bc they were burnt together and stuck to the bottom of the bag. I don't like posting negative reviews but this isn't the first time this has happened here. I won't be back to this one again. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.
Everything has been excellent everytime I go here. Fast service, nice employees, large menu to choose from and the food is always great. Quickly becoming one of my favs for a quick bite.
I don't go to Sonic often, so the facts i've almost never had a poor experience there means something. Quick and clear, only comment would be the speakers are poor so its hard to hear them or they hear me. Drinks are always on point.
I love the pretzel twists my favorite I could survive on those lol
