Always enjoy Red Lobster. Our waitress was great and our food was good.
Visited today and not good. We come from the tri cities because your normally very good and ours in Johnson City not good. Your bartender was terrible. Took forever to get a drink. Our bread was doughy. Brought out more and still doughy. My shrimp was also doughy. You bartender needs some hygiene training about filling her hair around in the bar.

We visited Red lobster again today and had I pleasant experience. The food was great and the service was awesome. The Bristol Red lobster is always good and we have come to know many of the people who work there. Everyone is always trying to go overboard trying to please the customers. Thanks guys for all you do in these challenging times!
I took my Mother there for her birthday the following day. She had no idea were going. The waitress was very friendly and kind. I wish I could remember her name to recommend her to others.
In the past coming here we have always had a great experience but not tonight. It took forever to receive our entrees (salads didn’t come out before our dinner) my husband got endless shrimp and our server never put in for the second order of shrimp even though we waited and waited for it and she kept telling us she was getting it. It never arrived. My husband waited over 25 minutes for a side of pina colada sauce to go with his coconut shrimp that she blamed on the kitchen not making. But she did bring him a cup of cole slaw acting like it was the sauce lol it was a mess. She’s a nice lady but the service was horrible.
Server DA was excellent!!! He handled 11 orders without messing up once.
The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which would explain slow service, but this location seems to be terribly mismanaged. We also saw someone throwing up in the parking lot after leaving, so AVOID THIS LOCATION! Although, the server was attentive and respectful, but everything else was a very poor experience. Crab legs were dry and way overcooked. We asked for the manager and was told that the manager was actually cooking and dropping another batch in. As we were leaving, the manager finally came out and said they have been getting poor quality product, but why would you serve knowingly poor quality food? I feel like if you eat anything that's not a burger or fried at this place, YOU WILL GET SICK! Oh and the cheddar biscuits, those are pretty good.
We had Kim as our server and she was excellent. We had a party of 9, and everyone had a wonderful meal. We came when they opened at 11 am for social distancing due to high COVID in the community at that time.
Server was friendly and attentive. She even offered a side of clam strips with my bowl of clam strips- a perfect solution for me.Food came out fairly quickly and was delicious.
