Food was rather underwhelming and pricey. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Outside area was completely trashed, though this was back in April and not being utilized as I imagine it would be right about now. My late grandpa would have loved the theme and decor, having been a huge Nascar fan. I could see this place being a lot of fun with live bands and stuff. From my point of view, more of a place for beers and having fun, and maybe some food after a nice smoke sesh.
Atmosphere was good but food and service was lousy. They are unable to handle a large group. We waited over two hours for food and it was major disappointment. Waitress tried her very best but hardly anyone came to help her, someone from our party ended up helping out.
My husband had the rib combo with chicken tenders and I had the new Burger Smash. Both dishes were scrumptious. Throughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Waitstaff friendly and courteous. ??
Everyone was friendly. Our server was great. Talked to us about their popular items (first visit). Food was great beer was cold. Would definitely go again. Could be cleaner but it is a car garage theme.
We chose this place due to outdoor seating. We were not aware that it was a chain restaurant. We did get served fairly prompt. I ordered the Gyro plate and my husband ordered the philly plate with chips. It was served in a timely manner but the Gyro was not good at all. It was very dry and overcooked. They forgot the chips with my husband order and when they did bring them out, they were really burnt.
Nothing special. Would recommend going on nights they have live music. Overpriced food, obvious staffing issues, staff hasn’t been trained, etc. I expected them to be full-house for Father’s Day, but it took 30 minutes for a burger and 10 wings when the restaurant was 2/3 empty.Food has never been bad, good atmosphere and great for sports, but there are better places downtown to spend your $20. Wings are some of the better around - I like their honey jalapeño.
We came in and were seated by the hostess inside near the patio door. We sat for 26 min without any contact from any staff. I asked a nearby server (Emily) about my situation, and she apologized, then stepped up and took over my table. From that moment on, she went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had a great experience. Would absolutely eat there again as I’m sure it was just a seating error and the food was great. Very cool decor.
Friday night. Live music on patio. Cocktails were ok. Food was good, but SLOOOOW service. Took awhile to get our food and the place wasn't full. Then took almost 30 mins to just get our check. Men's bathrooms gross. Disappointed.
My family and I ate here this past Sunday. The food was slightly below average but the waitress was unbearably rude. I have attempted 3 meals at this location and am writing it off at this point. We were all nice to her, yet she was rude and had nothing to say to us at all. Even down to the finale where she dropped the check on the table and never said a word. Stay away, how these reviews of 5 stars are here is beyond me.
First time there. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Service was great.
