Have not eaten here in years in another location. Very surprised how good the food was. Excellent chicken and Mac and cheese. Polite staff as well! Our new choice over KFC!
Great food. Friendly service. Marla is great, she is always friendly and upbeat. Even gave a treat to my dog Lucy.
We have been here many times and always gotten hot food. We normally order the chicken strips and fries. Sometimes we order the popcorn shrimp. On Sunday, we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to fry up more chicken and it was worth the wait. This popeyes is much better than the other locations. They seem to possibly marinate the chicken longer?
Drive thru only and they were very slow. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked fresh but I got greasy crunchy slightly warm bits of breading mostly. And I tried to call the store to complain and they would not answer the phone. I wouldnt go here again.
General manager by name of Marla verbally abuses the young staff when other manager is away and flirts w the ones she likes. Also I think its brooklyn but someone needs to get her a throat lozenge during post covid the most unappealing sound Is daily iron lung and a dr pepper raspy voice.
They have improved tremendously since their opening. The chicken sandwich is to die for. The person working the window each time I went was very nice and made sure everything was in my order.
I am wondering how old is too old to serve to customers? I have been here several times both lunch and dinner. I always order the shrimp and have never gotten it fresh. I kept hoping because I like their pies. The shrimp is hard as a rock , barely warm and mostly fried pieces of breading. They also have an issue remembering utensils, napkins and condiments. Drive thru is sad. I'll get my shrimp somewhere else and maybe go to Popeye s for pie!
My wife and were going to try Popeyes for the first time. When we went to place an order ,the order taker said I got to go and sanitize , she was gone for 3 to 4 min. Another employee said I will be with you shortly , we waited on other 3 to 4 min. Than we left , want be back.
Didn't even get to try the food. 15 minutes after opening and the doors were still locked, despite having a sign saying they were open for indoor dining. No point going to a place that won't let you in.
Rude, hateful! This is the second time I've been to the Bristol location. First time staff was complaining to each other about other members of the staff. This time I went to the drive thru and the order taker was hateful with a bad attitude. My order was simple, no special requests. When I got to the window she just handed me my order, not a thank you or nothing! Not going back, I don't want to pay their wages to be treated like that!!
