I called to place a carry out & was on hold 5 mins. . When I finally spoke with a human she spoke little English. I asked for the special that just on TV last night & pulled up on my phone that showed $10 taste maker online or carry out. She said no such special. I go to the store to order in person & they said they couldn't place order in store .Will not be back to pizza hut!
Called to order,,after promting through several options i finally got a live person ,telling about ALL the specials they were offering. I ask about the 10.00 taste maker pizza which is on every tv channel in east Tenn. Sadly i was told this location did NOT honor the 10.00 taste maker pizza ? . This is the very reason i stopped buying any food from pizza hut in the past,,same ole tactics ,bait and switch . They sale what they want ,not what they advertise. If its a national advertising promotion, then WHOEVER has the PIZZA HUT logo should honor the advertisements. So yes ,somebody does out do the hut,,its called LOCAL ESTABLISHMENTS ! Never again Hut .
Waste of time and frustrating online system. This location does not honor the website deals. It instead gives full list price. Wasted 30 minutes trying to order and then decided to order from another restaurant. Even the Pizza Hut online contact form doesn’t work well.UPDATE: Got a response which said they would like to make it right but never heard from them.
Service is fast, professional, and polite. The food is fresh and certainly meets standard.
The pizza was just perfect and the staff was so friendly and nice.
We got a dinner box one of the pizzas was missing mushroom added topings, we got breadsticks instead of cheesestix i also paid more for. The chicken hawian pizza had ham no chicken ! Our wings were supose to be honey bbq but i think the app messed up the selection so not thestores fought. But after paying over 50 my pizzas shoulda at lead been right qnd my up charged stix shoulda hD cheese n xtra marina sauce qnd ranch for the wngs.

Making the pizza fresh and not have it in the heater for several mins before you pick it up. Also, bring back the $10.00 pizza. Menu is getting to expensive to buy from.

You always make my order excellent. However this time was the worst ever. Thin crust pizza suppose to be extra cheese, barely could see any, I think they burned it all off. Very well done, crust harder than cardboard. Cheese bread overdone. Alfredo was good
