Food was good, but management is horrible everytime i’ve had a complaint. this time was about how hot it is in there. It’s so hot inside there, AC must not be working. Been there twice in the past week and it’s been extremely hot in there both times which is terrible for people wanting to cool off and enjoy a nice meal. Must also be bad for the staff cooking. supposed to be getting some bad heat waves these next few weeks so don’t go here to cool down and enjoy a nice meal.
Take away the one star if I could, Worst experience ever! Called and reported problem with food order to Bret, at the Bristol TN location. He was rude and argumentative with me. Keep speaking over me and not letting me finish what I had to say regarding the order and the fact that I had received items that I didn't even order, nor did I receive what I had ordered. The Lo Mein noodles were the worst I have ever tasted. Will never go back.
The food at the Pinnacle location is always good, but expect to wait if you want to dine there. I’ve never received my food directly at the window, Ive always been asked to pull around so if you’re in a rush maybe consider another drive thru. It’s honestly best to go inside because it’s expected your order will be wrong. Overall, you can trust that the food is good however, the customer service and communication between staff and customers is below average.
We eat here quite often, and the food is good. However the last few times we have been, we've had to wait the equivalent of sit down meal times for take out. The last time was almost 40 mins for them to bring our food out too us, after they asked us to move around front as they finished up preparing our order. They had estimated to be done in 4 to 5 mins. This is hard to do, especially if you are in a hurry or just want a quick snack!
Said they were making fresh wok shrimp, waited 17 mins and they put walnut shrimp on top of white rice in my bowl no other veggies But charged me for wok shrimp bowl…
Staff member at wonder was not friendly throughout the transaction, but when I asked for soy sauce at the window, she just looked at me. She seemed very rushed and got my order wrong. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and got orange chicken with chow mein. The mistake isn’t a huge deal to me, but there’s too much competition to be making mistakes plus being unfriendly. I’ll go elsewhere next time.
Shocked to our surprise because this usually doesn’t happen at Panda, Our rice was hard and clunked together and in big chunks. Absolutely terrible. Our entrees were not fresh. The one in Kingsport is a lot better. We wont be going back to this one. Visited on March 19. 2022. Food quality not good on this visit.
We love Panda Express. We took our grandson who loved it as well. Try the honey chicken it is really good!
It is fast food Chinese. As long as you know that going in your experience will be great. In and out in no time. Food is consistent, and good. When you are in a bit of a hurry, and not in the mood for another burger, this is the place.
Can't say that after eating here ONE time....that I'll ever be back!!!! Instead of calling yourself Panda Express....Change your name to Onions R Us!!!! That's all you use as a filler....Not everyone likes the taste of onion in EVERY SINGLE DISH!!!! Yuck!!!!
