This particular location is almost always consistently good. We visited for a Mother’s Day early dinner on Friday and our server Lakyn B. Was very sweet and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The hostess also did a great job when we asked for a table away from other folks if possible, and they were happy to accommodate. The restroom was clean, the grounds looked great, overall a great indoor dining experience, something we hadn’t been able to do for years. (Also thank you to the entire staff for being patient with my moms husbands embarrassing restaurant humor “Super Salad” made me eye roll so hard and y’all were patient as heck)
This was our first visit to this particular Olive Garden in Bristol, VA. It's big, and clean, with plenty of seating. Our server, Hannah, was great. She was friendly & took good care of us. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. Of course the prices are up due to inflation, but no fault of Olive Garden. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Requested window seat so we could watch our auto with pets and items on top of car, they gave us a seat in middle of restaurant because the area by window was closed, are server went to the end of the row but couldn't walk to the window right there.....rude host, food was fine ..soup and salad, but server did not know difference between minestrone and other, so we traded.
The food was ok. My dish was messed up from being under the heat lamp for too long and even though it was busy the manager fixed it. Our server was great and I would love to give it 5 stars not seriously the seating is horrible!!Tables are back to back you're going to hit the person behind you when you get up to leave. They really pack people in there which is just obnoxious during a pandemic!!!!!I get it you want $$$ and you're a greedy corporation but packing people in like cattle is disgusting!!! Unfortunate because I'd love to go back but I won't be subjected to eating in a crowded cheap cafeteria environment for that price.
Restaurant has improved this year. Always good but last two recent visits deserve time for review. Service is great and dishes (grilled salmon,giant stuffed shells with shrimp) were just superb! Salad fresh, soup was good, nice experience today. Highly recommend.
Food was good. They have priced their food and drinks out of my price range. Used to love going for the salad and bread sticks. Soft drinks over $3.00 now. Won't be going back
