This happened today on 6/10/22 At McDonald's on volunteer parkway at 527 pm. Bristol tn. I ordered a ice-cream and this young stupid girl that was working the second window tried to give me a melted ice cream cone. Lol lol. I said I wanted another one due to being melted. She was extremely rude and hateful about having to do that. Very poor customer service!!!!! Hire people thst are nice!!!!!
I usually don't complain but not only was the order entirely wrong but the big Mac I got (instead of the double quarter pounder that was ordered) was HORRIBLE! Half of the sandwich had a quarter pound of that so called "special sauce "! I've learned my lesson depending on food to get delivered, AS ORDERED! PLEASE TRAIN IN THE ART OF MAKING A SANDWICH! To top it off, it looks like it was made, yesterday! Sure hope this isn't human meat! Heck, everything else is wrong, the meat is probably "wrong" too! Just warning people!Yes I got a refund! The order is wrong most of the time. The employees are not that friendly as they have been trained to get the food out super quick and move on. That can be done in a much nicer way as I have been an assistant manager of Wendy's in previous years and you want to always be friendly. Sometimes I get cold fries but mostly something is always wrong about my other. I don't care much for this place and when I do visit it is only because one of my children want to eat there.
Never have I ever been treated the way we was at the window today. First and for most if your hands are going to be in a register learn how to count. You handed us 52 cent back on our first order so on the second order you give us the total and we added 2 dimes to the 52 cent which makes??????? 72 cents you shorted us money and the way you treated us about it was ridiculous 20 cents is 20 cents. But the point is the way we was treated. Get it together McDonald's. Thanks for screwing a customer over with money and having horrible employees.
I asked for a plain cheeseburger and of course it had everything on it and I also ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, which use to be good, but the chicken patty was about half the size of the bun for a mere 7 plus dollars.
Very good McDonald’s, older man comes in the mornings, had to help him out off the floor once or twice, he fell and screamed help me and no one aided him.
If I could give this McDonald’s a negative rating, I would. The employees are beyond rude, including managers. I don’t care what time of day you come here, the drive thru line is to the road. I am very understanding of the staffing shortage and try to extend Grace to everyone I speak to here but when the employees who DO show up are standing around laughing, talking in fake accents and straight up ignoring you waiting to have your order taken, its very hard to be understanding. Unfortunately this McDonald’s is the closest to my house but with how long it takes for you to get to the speaker, get your order taken, pay and actually get your food, I could have driven the extra 8 miles and been done sooner.

Ordered a large sweet tea and got one with a giant plastic bag in it... Must have been a cup with trash already in it because the ice was on top of the plastic. I realized it when I went to take a drink and nothing would come out of the straw.
