I have a severe liver disease that pretty much knocks me out of most quick places to grab a meal while out. I've used McAlisters a lot though with a lot of really health low fat meals that my liver can handle. Always good.
Good food, nice relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and service was great. Nice little outdoor patio seating area. A decent lunch spot. They serve coke products, lemonade, and tea.
I understand that there are currently logistical issues. I truly get it. That being said, it is still hard for me to understand how a restaurant that is known for sandwiches and baked potatoes could have no potatoes! No potato chips either. Sandwich was "so so". I will put them on the bottom of my list for a while with the hope that they can be better managed and better prepared in the future.

My wife and I went for a late lunch. I ordered 1/2 club sandwich and broccoli soup. She ordered the loaded nachos.My sandwich was extremely dry. The bread seamed like it had been toasted hours before and left out uncovered. The soup was ok except the cup was 3/4 full.Her nachos were awfull. The was very little cheese and the chili tasted like it was from a chep can hot dog sauce from a carnival snack vendor.For $26.00 I expected better quality of food.We will not return or recommend McAllister's
Food was great,and service with a smile. Got 3 huge sandwiches for me and my 8 year old daughter. Last time I let her order for herself. Totally my fault. McAlister's was great
Went in today to purchase a tea, I waited up at the counter for 5 mins,keep in mind there was no one in line 3 or 4 ladies in the back saw me standing there but continued to ignore me so I walked out. Ive heard good things about this restaurant but unfortunately my trip today was very unpleasant
Ordered via app. It was ready when I got there. Food is on spot and plenty of choices. I did the pick 2... variety and yummy!
food flavor is on tract for rest of chain, but food preparation takes them a long time, so if i think those working had more help would speed up process.
Double charged my bank account and refused to help me fix it when I called them after they agreed it was a system error on their end
