Been here many times, the pizza is normally fine , but the wait has been constant, you gotta order ahead just to actually have a pizza ready when you walk in, and I’ve had to buy the extra most bestest most times because of the fact they put the least amount of cheese on their normal pizzas as possible, it’s honestly depressing, if you want an actual tasty pizza with a fair amount of cheese actually on it, I Recommend big guys near Tennessee high.
I ordered on the app from the Euclid Avenue location in Bristol, VA. A co-worker picked up the order for me and others in the office. I didn't get the Crazy Sauce I paid for separately. Additionally, the bottled drink that I purchased already had the seal broken on the lid. That of course got thrown away. If I thought that calling to complain would make a difference then I would.
Up until a few months ago I thought that little Caesar had the best pizza in Bristol, but as of lately that has changed. The last few times I have been here the wait for my food has been upwards of 30 minutes. When I did eventually get my pizza it was soggy, the dough was under cooked, and the cheese was not melted. I also witnessed an employee who was making a pizza touch their face and then then continue to handle the food, the cashiers (I say cashiers, plural because this happened with 2 different people) looked like they had not showered in days and were wearing old DISPOSABLE masks that were covered in what appeared to be dirt. I would recommend eating elsewhere.
The worst service in along time. I ordered a pep fresh a cheese fresh and a an Italian cheese bread add pep on it. And told them three times how I wanted it and still got it wrong and had to go back because of that and they didn't even cut our pizza. Befor that they put us on hold on the phone and wouldn't answer when we called back.
NOT READY. 40 minute wait for 1 cheese pizza. 7 workers but no one can make the food, if I owned this place I'd fire everyone & hire an all new staff. Manager was rude and crew was not doing any work except stocking mountain dew
Supposedly this pizza store has hot and ready pizza but came at 5:10pm, which is close to dinner time and they had NO cheese pizza's available and if I wanted a cheese pizza it would be 35 minutes. So much for hot and ready pizza
This makes no sense. Cheese pizza overcooked. Crazy sauce not included with my order (that i paid extra for). Guess they will be added to my list of restaurants not to order from!!!

You said it would be the "extra most bestest", but I swear I thought that would be hyperbole. When my buddies and I flipped open the lid, we stood there in shock for like 2 minutes due to the sheer beauty of the thing. I don't think I've ever beheld a carry-out pie of such perfection. Even the staged pizzas on your television adverts paled in comparison to this work of art. It seemed a shame to eat it, yet at the same time its charms were irresistible. Truth be told, none of us were even hungry before we beheld this treasure - we all had dinner before our get together and I simply felt the need to contribute something since the beer had already been spoken for - yet in a flash three quarters of the pie vanished.I don't really know what magic bewitched the Euclid Avenue store in Bristol, Virginia at 7:45 pm on Saturday, September 18th, but it must have been the benign spirit of a former chef working the store during it's heyday in the 1990's. I dream of the day when I might encounter another Extra Most Bestest so worthy of the title, but I fear its like will never be seen again on this mortal plane. Ever transfixed in my memory will be the looks on the faces of my companions as we beheld pizza perfection, as will be the flavor of pepperoni, sauce and cheesy stuffed crust. Perhaps if pizzas have souls, we will meet this one again on the further shore.
