My husband I walked in to a completely empty restaurant, 5:30 on May 6, 2022. A Friday evening. There were two young men not eating just sitting in the dining area- apparently socializing. No other customers were in the establishment. We could see employees working in the back. We waited approximately 8 minutes. At that point, an employee came walking from somewhere in the restaurant, looked at us, went through the door to go behind the counter. We assumed she was going to wait on us. She did not. She said absolutely nothing, retreated as the other employees were- to the inner sanctum of the kitchen area. My husband and I looked at each other and jokingly remarked that maybe we were invisible. We waited another 2 minutes and decided to find another restaurant who would welcome our business. The only communication we had with KFC this evening was a sign telling us the buffet was temporarily closed and another explaining that due to a chicken shortage one (if one were fortunate enough to order) could not make substitutions. I am now sitting in the Arby’s across the street. I just saw another man and woman go in KFC and leave pretty quickly. It isn’t my circus and not my monkeys, but it would seem someone is not minding their store.
Showed up 30 minutes before 9pm, to be told they could only serve us a very limit menu(one order of fries, some popcorn chicken, few pieces of thighs/legs. Not sure why 30 minutes before closing they could not prepare some more food but sure. We left since they would not be able to feed my family of 4.
I could tell it was freshly cooked and full menu was available, even the new items. But then we got to the window! An employee named Jay was amazing. Really made my bad day better. Great attitude and service. Thanks so much, really.
Quality of food was ok. But not good.Very over priced
just like a normal KFC, but being in the country it tasted better for some reason... like they take pride instead just cookin it and Goin on without double checking.... great place!!!
The last few times my family has been there, they never have original recipe or chicken strips. I understand if it would be closer to closing time but at 630 during the end of dinner rush is ridiculous. Staff is constantly rude and has attitude when you go there. It makes it seem like thwy don't want any customers because they don't want to do any work.
Love just the best chicken and very clean.
They said they had a cook walk and only had extra crispy chicken so I just left they have enough issues without me to add to them

The chicken livers are a little on the hard sidesometimes but otherwise really good
