Why did I drive by this place for so long? Incredible food, friendly service and a new favorite. The calzone we had was incredible, all the other food coming out looked great, and they do a ton of take out, we will back over and over again.
We first came here 6 years ago while on a road trip and have been pining for it ever since. Divine providence led us thru Bristol again and even though we had just squandered our hunger on McDonald's we had to stop anyways. BETTER than we remembered! One of the best Philly cheese steaks and calzone shops EVER. The highlight of my day. Thanks Italiano's xoxoxoxP.s. now they have outside seating too
Fast friendly staff. Our server was very polite and answered all my questions. Very small indoor seating, but also has very nice outdoor seating area. Food was hot and fresh and good. My husband especially liked the philly cheese steak. Prices were fair. They serve bottled drinks (20 oz or 2 liter). We will definitely return to try the pizza!
Nice, small local pizza shop with friendly service. Greeted right at the door! Pizza was a 4 and garlic knots (spend the extra $1 for the cheese) were a 5. We were only visiting town, but imagine this is a local favorite.
If I could give Zero I would.I ordered Door Dash. They sent the wrong food. I called them, they were extremely rude, called me a liar. Told me I needed to bring the food back to prove I was telling the truth. (The whole point of me ordering Door Dash was because I could not drive). And the food that they DID send was cold, undercooked and greasy. This place is terrible and their service is terrible.
I have been going here fore over 10 years. the people are nice. There are good portions and the food is great. Sometimes there is a very short wait; but it is not fast food. Italian plates, sandwiches and pizza. The only issues I can ever remember is maybe getting fries when i said onion rings. I hope this is only problem I ever have, as compared to several food chains I won't name.
Great food. Amazing value. Good atmosphere. Bustling, but staff attentive. Turtle cheesecake was so good I got 2, and I don't like cheesecake! I can't wait to go back.
Decided to take a day trip, looked up Italian places to eat-so happy this place came up, the food is very good & you get large portions. My only complaint is David ordered French fries but never received them with his cheese steak, also the building is fairly small inside, but other than that enjoyed eating there.
Quality of the food is good, but the owner is what really makes this tiny little spot the best place to eat. There was a mix up with my order and he replaced the whole entire order.
My mom's favorite restaurant. Love taking her here. I've tried the Philly cheesesteak, spaghetti, calzones and have never been disappointed. Always have leftovers to take home. Very friendly staff, simply the best!
