me and my friend waited about 10 minutes to be seated, no workers in sight. one of the lady’s said she would be right with us, then she walked off. we were then seated. what we came for wasn’t on the menu so we just ordered a side of bacon. we waited a long time to order. our waiter came over and asked us if we wanted to order anything or just chill because there was a big party that he needed to take care of, after we had waited about 25 minutes to order. now we have waited maybe 15 minutes for 4 pieces of bacon. not to mention the bacon was greasy and we ordered two slices each, ended up with 4 each. keep in mind we were the only people in the restaurant other than one other lady at the time we got there. then it was $15 for two drinks and bacon, which is ridiculous.
The food at this location is consistently good but we were recently told it would be "quite a while"/ turned away because they only had two waitresses working at 3pm and apparently two waitresses couldn't handle more than five or six tables. Despite 80% of the restaurant being empty, we weren't even seated and were asked to wait standing at the entrance. We left.
This was a HORRIBLE experience!!! We walked in and a woman walked over, said nothing, grabbed menus and walked away. She came back as our waitress and hardly spoke loud enough to hear. Ordered our food and it came out, pancakes half the size they normally are, brought 3 instead of 4, when I told her she was extremely annoyed and walked away. Came back and demanded I take it off the plate in her hand. She leaves before asking if we need anything else, so we had to yell at her bc she didn’t bring syrup and my strawberry pancakes had no whipped cream and only 3 strawberries. She never checked on us and we had to go find her to pay. We left very frustrated with the entire experience! Will NEVER go to this IHOP again!!!

So, this IHop would be 5 stars in my book if it weren't for Friday, April 9th 2022 around midnight. My wife and I placed a to go order and when I went to pick it up, I say on the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for my order. When I came in the lady up front saw me and walked back behind the cook line and didn't show up again. After me was two or three groups of people who stood there, waited and weren't seated. It took an extremely rude customer to walk back and grab employees for them to hang me my to go order that had been done for probably 30 minutes, they just didn't want to bring it up.
Terribly slow service no matter how you choose to order. The online ordering doesn't always go though. The staff is not aware of your arrival despite there being a link that you will receive when you order online. This link is supposed to be clicked by you and immediately noticed by staff so your curb side order can be brought out. Do not sit and wait in your car for them. They do not know you're there. If you choose to dine in, use caution! I have personally and recently saw "pests" moving about in the dining room area. It just doesn't seem to be a smooth operation there anymore.
Here on business, and really enjoyed my breakfast to the point i wanted to tip the cook today. Cori was nothing but professional and attentive. Didnt catch the other waitress name but they were very team oriented. The place seemed spotless and clean.
We usually always go to this location and have not had any issues before but tonight when we brought our kids here to eat the service was not good at all, we had to ask for our food after sitting about 30 minutes and hadn’t even received our appetizers until after our meals came, waitress didn’t bother to check for our drinks we had to ask for refills, the food was cold by the time we received it, then we were charged for food we didn’t have waited 15 minutes for a manager to fix it ended up leaving and paying for the extra charges because it was getting late. Overall not a good night and we will not be returning to this location.
It was pretty crowded when we came in, but we got a good table in a quieter area and got drinks very quickly. Food came out fast too, but not necessarily in a good way. Potatoes were hot but pretty crunchy and dark instead of softer and light. Supposed to get eggs over medium and got scrambled. Hashbrowns were hard to chew for some reason. But the French toast was incredible! Hot and fluffy and very delicious. Will probably come back in at a different time on our way back out of the state
Worst food I have ever had at a IHOP!! Don’t go to this location. It’s over priced and the quality of the food was ridiculous!! Don’t waste your time and money. Couldn’t even get a refills.. and coffee was burnt tasting. Worst service ever!
