The manager was extremely rude to me today. Him and a worker were fussing at each other in a mumbling sort of way the whole time I was waiting on my order. When he finally gave me my order it was in a bag so I said, "oh, mine was for here." He didn't seem to like that but then picked up a tray and rudely dropped the bag on the tray and handed it to me without even looking at me or saying anything at all. The mood of all the workers seemed very bad. Anyway, it will be hard for me to want to go back to a place where I didn't feel welcome at all. This was unusual for a Hardee's. Hopefully they will get this mess corrected soon.
Good food as usual,can be a little pricey but overall good food, drive thru never busy but sometimes u have to wait for your food
I really leave reviews but I think this place deserves one. I would run if you ever think of eating at this place. The staff is rude. Management is terrible. I even hate going here dashing and after seeing what I did on this lovely Sunday I will for now on turn down all orders at this store. I couldn’t even work here it was that terrible of a place. Food is terrible also. On this one day that pushed me to make this I witnessed a lady ask for her food to be heated since it was cold. The manager snatched it out her hand stomps her feet all the way to the microwave chucks it in and heats it up. Instead of offering her new food like any manager who is actually trained and good at their jobs should do. When she hands the food that was just heated back to the customer and the customer said sorry I know y’all are busy she just ignored her. I had to end my dash right then and there before I said something nasty to that manager. Like I have said many times your customers are the reason your getting paid and should be valued. Here they don’t care about their customers. They are just money hungry.
Went Valentines Day with the hubby. They celebrated the day with heart shaped biscuits. Too cute!!
The food was freshly prepared and the employee was friendly and caring.
I never leave reviews on Google, so buckle up. I always wondered why this Hardee’s never had anyone in the parking lot or drive through. I now know why. The voice you’re greeted by gives a “the fact that you’re here is an inconvenience to me” vibe right off the bat in the drive through. Not only that, but when you get to the window, the girl doesn’t say anything at all (probably because she has airpod pros in and doesn’t want to pause her music); she just sticks her arm out and waits for you to place your debit card in her hand. Then, she hands you a drink that (kid you not) is only filled up just over half way (why even pay for a large if you’re not giving me even close to the full amount??), but you don’t say anything because you just want to leave and you regret even coming there in the first place. So, again without saying a word, she hands you your food and just closes the window and walks away…no “thank you”, no “come again!” just silence. You drive away hoping, praying they even got your order right even though you can assume from their customer service that they didn’t, and SURE ENOUGH, you get back and they forgot the bacon on your burger. Just the cherry on top. Don’t go to this Hardee’s. Let them go out of business and choose another fast food place because this place is hopeless. Get a new manager or employees or something. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk…hopefully I’ve saved you 10 bucks

One of only a few restaurants in the area with indoor seating and open!! Food was good. Service was quick.
