Delicious food. Great service. Would give extra tortillas and tortilla chips. Big portions and plenty to go. Tried the chimichanga and it was everything I could've asked for. A nice change from the typical generic chains that make you say, "it would be better if I made that at home". If you regularly eat Mexican food or you are trying it for the first time it's great either way.
This was an okay place, We asked for hot sauce a million times, kept getting salsa in return. Finally got hot sauce at the end when done with our food. I even spoke in Spanish thinking that would be easier, nope. Lol. I'm not one to laugh or even find it funny, but it was pretty comical after receiving over 8 bowls of salsa, all mild and definitely not hot sauce ?
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the tri-cities. By far the best quality and quantity for the price, and the salsa bar is unbeatable! You have to try the mango salsa. I have celiac disease, which makes it hard for me to eat out, but their soft corn tortillas give me a lot of options (they are not labelled specifically gluten free, however). I see several reviewers had issues with the wait time, which is not something I've ever experienced. I think the longest I've ever had to wait was 5-10 minutes when they were understaffed, and once we were seated service was very quick.
Fresh, real, authentic food! There's several delicious vegetarian options which is why I was interested. After trying them all, I can confidently say that they are all excellent! They have the most beautiful decor inside, a lit up patio area to sit outside, a well stocked bar with great options for drink, and above all the staff is like a family of very inviting friends! I can not and will not say anything bad about this restaurant. 10 out of 10!!!
First time ever eating here was fantastic , our waitress very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
The service took a while to get to us and not many tables at all were seated and I was actually tempted to leave as my patience ain't the best.... But great we didn't!!! This place was right on point in every way, kids loved their chicken tenders and fries, the margaritas were strong and tasted great with a great price tag.... The guac was fresh!!! The shrimp and cucumber soup is very hot but one of the best soups I've ever had, without a doubt
Great Mexican food in Bristol. Great location. They have a nice patio out front. I had the Carne Asada tacos and they were delicious. The bean dip with the chips was amazing. The service was very good! Our server was very knowledgeable about all the different drink and menu selections as well as the happenings around town. This is a great place.
Huge portions. Delicious and authentic Mexican food. Attentive and polite waitstaff. Great experience all around. The only thing I don't recommend are the flour tortillas.
The food here is still the best around, but the service has gotten bad to the point that the food can't make up for it. For example, today I had to hunt down my own silverware, I didn't get a straw with my drink, my order was wrong (even after speaking slow and pointing to the menu and the server speaking it back to me. Even then, I got something totally different from what I actually ordered), and to top it all off, I had to hunt down a leftovers box myself. While this is the first time my order has been wrong, it's about the 5th time I've had do everything else, which is how I knew where the silverware, straws, and leftovers boxes were. The only explanation I can think of for the severe degradation of service is that there must be new management. Because the old manager had the place running like a Swiss watch and I haven't seen him since 2019.
Waiter was extremely nice. Food taste good except for fries tasted like been cooked in year old oil and over cooked.
