So very happy to find Raymond and his wonderful Mexican restaurant!! The food at El 123 Tex-Mex is outstanding and the service excels! The taco bar was great. The price was very affordable The server and the workers were friendly and very appreciative of our business. It is 5 star and then some.. I would recommend to anyone and I will return soon Just awesome

Absolutely amazing food and service. If you come in ask for Alex to be your server! She's the absolute best, our table was never empty, our drinks were never low, she was amazing to talk to and joke with. Best taco place around!
I've lived in this area for a WHILE, I've eaten Los Arcos, El Patio, and porto nuevo...and nothing compared to this place. I had the Carnitas a la diabla was phenomenal! The meat was so tender and flavorful, we are now regulars, today was the first day eating here on 4-16-2022 but I'm gonna go ahead and say regulars. Our server, José was awesome as well!!! Perfect service for perfect food!
Having been to Mexican buffets in Roanoke with much more variety at a lower price (including queso cheese sauce on buffet and dessert) this was a bit disappointing. What was available was good, just not the variety and price we're used to. Service was friendly. Excellent shredded chicken! Nice variety of salsas. Love the garlic zing in the mild salsa.
Great fish tacos. The staff was great from the hostess to the delightful young lady that waited on me. Definitely will eat there again.

Love this place! The taco bar is wonderful and inexpensive! You have to try the al pastor! It was delicious. The salsas were wonderful too. Loved the decor! The husband made most of it and I think it is super impressive. The wife is very sweet! Will definitely be back!
