It was a curbside pick up we waited outside in our car for 3 full14 inch and there wasn’t any body came so I called the store from app The old lady answered she was not very happy “said next time park your car in our parking lot plz” and then she walked towards my car with all kinds attitude and yelled out loud “there is no one in the parking lot for the Chris sake” like she was having a very bad day. I was like thanks for ruining my day and I will not return to this store. How far away was my car to your store? 300 mil? For that attitude to bring 3 orders for Chris sake
Worst customer service & experience. We ordered a pizza, is had barely any sauce on it, so we called & they gave us the option to refund or & reordered our pizza. After an hour of waiting for our reorder, we call to get a update. Waited on hold for almost 10 mins. It wasn’t even taken out of the oven yet… so we said forget it, just refund the order. & then we were told they couldn’t do that until management came in… so they’re running the store with no management & can’t prioritize an order that needed to be remade due to their mistake. Super frustrating because this was the family movie night pick. But now we know to not have this place as an option.
Not very happy. First time we got the Buffalo chicken pizza and they must have put the whole bottle. The other night we asked no onion & light on the buffalo sauce. Got it home had onion & no Buffalo sauce. I miss living on the other side of town where they care.
3.5 stars on delivery and pizza. Pizza was almost an hour late but I understand. What I do not understand is this rude person when calling about the status. Maybe a bad night I do not know.
I ordered online for delivery. I was shocked how fast it arrived, and the food was steaming hot. Impressed for a fast food chain
Orders are rarely complete. Condiments are never sent out even with multiple pizzas ordered.Scheduling a delivery time is rarely effective. They deliver at their will not at your request.Plates have not accompanied the pizza even when requested.Customer service at the store is poor.
Dominoes is always Great. The last time I got a pizza though it was Awesome. Whoever is making the food up there is doing a great job. BEST PIZZA I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME.

Very poor service when it comes to delivery after it finally arrives alot of things are missing no sauces ranch etc and apparently its become custom to deliver ur food and leave it outside in winter without ringing a door bell or anything im guessing pressing the door bell before ur food freezes is a up sale you have to check now when you order online
