Been trying to call for over an hour to get my order straightened out because my brownies were left out. I have been put on hold 5 times and then hung up on after being on hold for over 10 min two of those times. Everytime they answer I get put on hold and then hung up on if they ever get back to the phone. This is very unprofessional for a business. It's a good thing I'm not an elderly person trying to place an order! This is not the first time they have left something out of my order. If I could give zero stars I would.
I was having trouble with ordering online so I called the store .Douglas answered and I asked him what time they closed and told him about the website that showed you couldn't order delivery for that day..He said he would ask somebody and put me on hold..After approx 10 mins somebody else picked up and said please hold and before I could say one word ,was on hold again ..After another 7 or 8 mins somebody picked up and said same thing and put me on hold again..Then approx 4 mins later the manager picked up and I was explaining to him the issue and I wanted to order a pizza..Well ,I was put on hold again for 2 mins then was hung up on.So my gf called back using her phone.After 3 attempt on ordering a pizza Douglas answered again and my gf asked him we was put on hold for a long time and a hung up on ..Douglas said wevwasnt on hold as long as she said ..She asked him if he could hold on while she asked me what kind of pizza I wanted,he then said to her ,I will not deliver a pizza to you and to have a nice day then hung up on her.
The best Dominos in the Tri-Cities, this location makes the best pizza. I go out of my way to use this location although it's not the one closest to me. Keep up the good work.
I waited an hour and a half before having to go get the pizza myself when the wait was 45 minutes. I tried to call three times with no answer. The pizza ended up being cold and burnt when I got there. They gave me a full refund, but still I’m not very impressed if I’m honest.
Great place. Also has free wifi. Love anywhere that has free wifi.
Not the best , needs better parking and ability to pull in and out with more ease for both customers and workers , pizza was cold
Like the folks working there very nice had my order ready pretty quick actually for pick up there delivery isn't too hateful either give em' a try there breads are awesome!!! There sandwiches are pretty bare though they could put more meat on them it was kinda like eating French bread pizza or something of the sort
Dominos manager is rude and not professional. One time the delivery person put my order at my neighbor's all the way in back and they stole it. I called and told him issue he acted like I was liar and said he doesn't give free pizza away! I paid for mine and it was the last 20 dollars for me and my kids to eat on. I continue to call back but he deliberately avoided my phone call I had to go down there and he still acted like I was the worst person for just getting my order that I paid for. Where is the customer protection or satisfaction! He was aweful and I won't go back
worst service ever we ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks and a salad we get a message that our order is ready we get there the order is not ready they can only find the pizza and the salad tell me they'll give me a discount to come back for the cheese sticks I get a $2 discount no fork finally get a message that the cheese breads ready go get it it's not even cut the one guy throws a box scares my granddaughter she jumps up in the air and it's terrified and ready to leave
Showed up at 12:30, 3 employees all smoking inside say they close at 12 and haven't updated the website yet. Paid for food and no refund. Ridiculous these guys are even employed here smoking inside a restaurant.
