Good food and good service

The views here are out of the ordinary, yet when you step inside, the staff give you the extra/ordinary charm and kind service. The southern hospitality is strong here, and we felt so very welcome. Good food! Try the rainbow trout!I will be returning!

Our waitress was great. We were a table of eight. As a mother having to work on Mother's day, our waitress was funny, accommodating, patient with my nearly-deaf mother and four g'kids. We kept her hopping! Regarding the food, Cracker Barrel's chef should learn that a medium rare sirloin doesn't mean the blood should be running out of it.

Excellent staff members! Very welcoming, I traveled solo. Cathy was wonderful! I hope this is the right Cracker Barrel on the hill! Next to the hotel

I went in to Cracker Barrel in Bristol today early to miss the crowd. I was alone. Although there was an abundance of empty tables, I was told there would be a twenty minute wait. "A wait today" I asked the attendant as I looked around at all the empty tables. It is race weekend and Easter she said. Well, that didn't set well with me. I am used to waiting at Cracker Barrel when all the tables are full, but I won't be waiting while they cater to the race crowd!!

It was busy service was a little slow. Plus I think the waitress was new. The food was wonderful I had the new Sunday Pot Roast.

Got Breakfast. Gravy was a bit basic. Grits where good. Biscuit was soft. Egg was sadly room temperature but cooked the way I wanted. Fish and chicken was to die for good. Like that made us for the few down sides. Server was nice and host seated us quickly.

Worst Cracker Barrel ever. Ordered three sausage biscuits, waited twenty minutes, this is what I was given. The manager was passive aggressive and didn’t want to give me a refund.

Understaffed. They were out of a lot of staples, hash brown casserole been ng one. Our waitress was not the friendliest person. Her personality was equal to the golf tee game set on the table. That's never a good thing. If you don't like people, get another job.

Comfort food
