This restaurant is DIRTY! No one came out to clean tables. Floors were dirty and wet. The area all around the trash cans, as well as the trash cans, were GROSS!!!! This place needs to be renovated and cleaned.The food was fair. Fries were soggy and burgers small. This was our first and last time here! We will stick with Freddy's.
Ordered Chili Cheese fries, and got cheese fries, with the outside of the box covered in cheese and bottom chili? Also ordered bbq and subbed slaw, after sounding very irritated they said i could, and they did not do that either. Also, again, I got my wife a strawberry cheesecake shake, and got banana shake or something? $18 later we got nothing we asked for, and a couple new stains in the car from the mess. That kind of service is not worth the wait or cost. Please go somewhere that will listen, or at least be nice.
Edit : called as the owner requested and wonderful person on the phone. Sent me some vouchers and assured me it would be addressed................ Lady taking the order was rude and wouldn't let me finish my order. I didn't get my fries. My ranch chicken wrap was a honey mustard wrap. The hotdog was absolutely awful. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I would love to just knock it as a bad night but this is the third time I have had both terrible service and food either missing, bad, or both.
The drive thru window here could use some work. The food is good, consistently, however the last two times we visited, boxes were shoved out the window, half closed, no napkins or plastic wear. I asked for ketchup, the young boy at the window used both his hands to hand out about 10 packs. (I guess they have no bags??) I had to eat coleslaw with the cup lid since there was no fork or spoon ? The last visit, we didn't get what we ordered. We sat in the car to eat, saw several parked people get out and go back in; coming out with napkins and the like.
Food was good. But dining room was in dire need of cleaning, dirty tables, 2 of 3 inside trash cans so full trash was sitting on top of 1, dead stink bugs in window seals, comb webs every where. Considering they just reopened dine in it should've looked sparkling clean. NO sanitizer anywhere or anything to wipe tables off. I can't imagine what kitchen looks like. Health Inspector needs pay them visit...
In the past this Cook Out was pretty good. However, since the pandemic hit, the quality and service have taken a huge downturn. Ordered the BBQ tray with bacon wrap and corn dog. Also ordered a hodog, cook out style. Normally a tray can feed the whole family. The issues started with the bacon wrap. It was burnt outside, burnt bacon, very little cheese, and minimal ranch. The BBQ, normally a great Carolina style bbq, was slathered in traditional BBQ sauce, which was quite a shock at first bite. Corn Dog appeared okay, but deep-frying a frozen corn dog isn't difficult. The hotdogs tasted horrible. Slaw had no flavor.Chili was bland. Weiner was burnt. Staff seemed preoccupied with something other than customers. And the cost has substantially increased. At least 1-2 dollars per item. Overall, very disappointed. Probably won't be returning any time soon.
This place is the best. Super fast drive thru. They make the best extra light fudge milkshake around and I love there fresh cooked Cajun fries. Y’all are the king ranch. Great employees too
Wow! Every time we come through here there is always some problem. Whether it's a 15 minute wait in the drive through, or our food is wrong or burnt! Also, your store's customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life! Your employees need to be taught respect and true customer service. What is wrong with them? Do you not train them at all!?This falls back to management for sure! Your store needs new management and maybe employees also. Something needs to be done.
I The middle of winter and I'm craving a milkshake. I know exactly who had my flavor, Cappuccino. My spouse and a friend of ours got Heath Toffee and Snickers. It was so good that I promised myself that I will have tried each and every flavor offered on the menu by Summer's end! Lol, it's going to be fun.
Worst burgers I've ever had. The burger patty was so small that you could eat it in one bite. The fries were old & half cooked. I've heard so many good thing that I was truly surprised by the lack of food.
