Loaded mashed potatoes had huge lumps in them. They brought my daughter crispers and the sides were suppose to be asparagus and loaded potatoes and they brought French fries and loaded potatoes. Then had a free dessert and said we couldn't use it because it wasn't good unless we purchased an adult meal but the only thing it said it couldn't be combined with was the 2 for $25. Won't be coming back here.
For a chain restaurant it wasn't a terrible adventure. We have been dining at a lot of non chain places and there is a difference. The food we ordered was good and they made a special order for my wife (I had the Caribbean salad and my wife had shrimp quesadillas). Beer selection was decent but no local craft beers were offered. Place was clean and service was spot on. I don't typically like going to a chain but this one was good
There was a bit of a wait but that's typical anywhere for a Saturday night. The place could definitely use more indoor seating for having to wait. Food was wonderful, server was wonderful. Will go again.
If I could give 0 I would..first the host didnt know where to seat us because she said a waitress had left.and just run us around..then the waiter didn't come to table hardly ever.food was not very good at all.my husband sent his baby back ribs and when they sent them back they looked terrible. He couldn't even eat it...it just was a negative experience all together. Definitely do NOT recommend the chili's in bristol.

The food is always good and the staff works hard. You can put yourself on the wait list before arriving by using the yelp app which is very convenient!
Food has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. Our waitress recommended that we not order one of the items because it wasn't looking good. The machines that are set at the table to play games or pay for your meal messed up when we're checking out. Our waitress was the one that inserted my card into the machine and she even took the process up to the point where we leave a tip. The machine then decided to reboot after we submitted our payment. As we were putting our one year old in his car seat two employees rush out the door to get our attention that we never paid for our meal. While 6 chili's employees were standing around me I politely told the manager I wasn't going to pay twice for our meal. While no apology was said the greeter was very nice and mentioned those machines are always causing an issue. Overall food is ok at best and just make sure the payment goes through before leaving.

Wow! Sizzling fajitas like in Texas! The chips are light and crispy and the flavor is there! I never seem to go wrong with this establishment! Loved Chili’s since I was a kid. ? Yo but that stuff on the bathroom door will come right off with some Super Contact Cleaner, as a suggestion.
Picked up our online order, drove the 3 miles home,. Food was a miss this time. Fries with Buffalo Chicken sandwich was half cooked-still with potato crunch., Buffalo sandwich piece of chicken had no sauce on it, loaded boneless wings was frozen popcorn chicken with little cheese smeared in queso with no Buffalo sauce and overpriced for what you receive. Again, hit or miss, this time it was a miss.
