This Chick-fil-A is one of the best we have ever visited. We drove through for breakfast and the service was outstanding, from the lady that took our order to the young man that gave us our food. Since the restaurant was not very busy, we had an opportunity to chat with each of them, and felt that they were truly interested in the conversations.The food was the usual high quality and a real pleasure to enjoy. The people of Bristol are very lucky to have such a great place to eat.
The food was decent. Chic fill a is a good restaurant. However, my dinner in experience left me not wanting chic fill a for awhile.No one wore a hair net. I noticed atleast 5 people touch there hair, then touch a product. My chic fil a appetite was quickly turned to the trash can. I waisted money that I just couldn't get myself to eat.
Stopped by this location for lunch with the kids. The entrance/exit to the parking lot makes it a bit difficult at times - too many cars trying to go thru the drive thru blocks traffic going to the restaurant and the Home Depot on up the hill.We all had the chicken nuggets - as usual they were delicious. The waffle fries were great. The munchkin had an apple sauce pouch with his nuggets.The restaurant was very clean and they had disinfecting wipes with the high chairs.
The food and friendliness of the staff is always awesome. Only issue I have experienced is being incapable of getting enough sauces for my meal. I’m okay with paying for extra sauces, like most people are, but if I’m willing to pay for more and the restaurant still won’t give enough for me to dip my nuggets and fries in… It’s just a huge inconvenience. Great food though.
I'm a truck driver so this location is not trucker friendly. I parked next door at the international dealership and walked up the hill. I get in and ordered 12ct grilled. This is the first time li ever been to a chick fil a and was told they only do breakfast in the morning. I go all over the country and this was the first. I like the grilled nuggets and couldn't get them after making a lot of adjustments to get them by trying to find parking and waking all the way up to their location. ????
This Chick-fil-A is a great location for a restaurant but the drive thru I'd a criss crossed mess you can not navigate and then this is one that doesn't honor veterans also. I've always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but this one could definitely step there game up to show veterans some support.
Two of my grandkids and my daughter enjoyed their food from the pinnacle's Chick-fil-A and the service was amazing. We will definitely return in the near future to eat at this Chik-Fil-A.

I have never had an incorrect order at any Chick-Fil-A, ever until today. Tea rather than lemon aid. No big deal. The #1chicken sandwich was just not up to par. Small piece of chicken and over cooked.
The most disappointing Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had… not only is the drive through absolutely ridiculous but the food was just bad. I ordered a #1 so where do I start? The bun was doughy and damp feeling, the chicken itself was good. The waffle fries were cold and several of them weren’t fully cooked/tough so I couldn’t eat them. The food itself was not worth the wait so I will never go back to this location at all.
