It was late and we were turned away at a couple of places. But we were taken right to a table ,and had a wonderful server. Great food and good management. I will be back.My Grandson's Graduation was yesterday and It was lovely memory and experience.

The wife and I had never heard of this place until a construction crew recommended it. We enjoy trying new places to us and we were glad we did. The service was fast, and the food was awesome. Grab a meal here and you won't be disappointed.

They were very accommodating. I accompanied a group for a college class reunion. My salad was excellent!

We came from Blaine, Tennessee. My husband decided to pleasantly surprise me since he knows I love Cheddar's. I love the croissants dribbled with honey sauce. I ordered a Sprite and my husband ordered a diet coke but it tasted awful so he ordered an unsweetened tea. It took 5 minutes to get someone to come change it. I ordered the Chicken Dijon and my husband ordered the fish. Another waiter brought our meals. The chicken was a bit overcooked but not horrible. The coleslaw was fresh and the broccoli cheddar was yummy. There was less rice than usual but I am not complaining since it means less carbs.I usually give 5 stars to my Cheddar's and I've been to a few of them but this one I give a 4 star.

The server, Gabe, brought me a Coke Zero. For whatever reason, it tasted horrible, and it was over 5 minutes before I could get any employee to notice that I wanted to change it. The unsweet tea was very good. I ordered the whitefish with lemon pepper over rice with a baked potato and broccoli. I have had this dish at several Knoxville area Cheddar's restaurants. In this case the fish was over salted, not the subtle seasoning I'm used to, and they skimped on the rice. The broccoli wasn't quite perfect but it was edible. And the baked potato was much smaller than I usually get at Cheddar's. Overall this is very good, but very good is below what I expect from Cheddar's.

Food and service is always amazing! I have never had one complaint about this place! Highly recommend! I always have to get a dessert as well because it's too good to pass up!

Was always a good place to dine at in the past. Was that Cheddars on February 13, 2022 . The restaurant is beginning to look grungy and dirty. The bench as your coming through the door was broken with the sign on it and also was the sign with today’s menu on it. As we were walking through the restaurant you could see that some of the seating of the booths were ripped and torn. This was around about 3 PM. It looked as though no one bothered to wipe the tables down or to take a broom over the floor. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. Everything should be wiped clean after each use. The waitress seem to make herself scarce and it took a while to get our food and also for a check up on the table. The restaurant was not crowded. Cheddars I hate to tell you but you need to do a overhaul on your restaurant at exit 7 in Bristol Virginia !

Justin was very friendly and attentive.Food was mediocre. I had the chips queso and salsa. Chips greesy, salsa bland and queso on the cold side and a film on top from sitting around. My luncheon companion had the Chicken pecan salad and did not care for the honey mustard dressing. Oh well...But.. I did do the survey after paying and gave Justin 5stars. Wasn't his fault we didn't care for the food.

We go to Cheddar's frequently & as usual the food was very good. The prices always seem fair but this visit the waitress could of been better. I had to flag her down to get her to come to our table for things like a beverage refill, the salt was empty, I wanted steak sauce etc.

My wife and I eat at Cheddars in Kingsport and Johnson City quite often. We ate at the Cheddars in Bristol last night. The service was good, but my steak was over seasoned so much all I could taste was salt. My bake potato was cold.
