Food not fresh, the coleslaw was spoiled. Called the restaurant, it went straight to voice-mail that wasn't set up so I couldn't leave a message. I know they are short staffed, but that's no excuse to not check the freshness of the food. My house smelled like sour rotten cabbage for about an hour. Someone is going to get sick if they haven't already.

I went through the drive thru on the 16th, the coleslaw was rancid and we had to throw it all away. I tried calling numerous times but no one answered. sent message to customer service and still have not heard back. I called today and they had the nerve to ask why I didn't contact them earlier.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Purchased a 10 piece family meal and a broiled salmon. Asked for lemon and tarter sauce. They told us to pull around and someone would bring it out. We waited over 15 minutes. The young man brought it out and we didn't see any tarter sauce so I pulled back to the window. The same young man asked what we needed. I told him we didn't get any tater sauce or lemon. He said "I put it in the bag". He got really smart with me almost yelling so I handed the bags back to him. He slammed them on the counter and started going through the bags. At the bottom of the second bag there was a little condiment container with 2 very small slices of lemon. He held them up and said right here it is...I asked where the tater sauce was and he screamed "you didn't ask for tarter sauce". I told him 2 little pieces of lemon wasn't enough for 10 pieces of fish. He said "oh, you purchased the family meal"... reached in the refrigerator and grabbed two large containers. I figured one lemon one tarter sauce. I came on home and found both were tarter sauce... but he did leave the two little slices of lemon.My husband's broiled salmon dinner wasn't a dinner... they only gave us the salmon... no sides, no rice, no roll. There was a big hole burned in the bottom of the styrofoam container the salmon was in... looked as if they had cooked the salmon in the microwave IN the styrofoam. Was very disappointed in the way I was treated. This young man was VERY rude.

Was very disappointed in the food and service today. The food was cold/hard I was there at 4-4:30 but the food tasted like it was left over from noon lunch. ? The dining room was messy, dirty tables and the sauce station was a mess! No tea in dining room, urns were turned around so they evidently don't have tea out at all anymore. I miss the days of Mr. Pepper. I used to work for him at this location and he wouldn't have the conditions of today.

Found a hair baked into my hush puppy! Food was horrible and portions were for children while the price was outrageous! Called about the experience and was assured I would get my money back. Said the main manager would call the next day. A week later I called to check in and the main manager was rude and unprofessional. She said she couldn't give me my money back, and didn't know who told me that. She said so I could only get gift cards to eat at the same nasty restaurant, no thank you! Kept arguing with me and being condescending toward me. I finally hung up and called corporate and they mailed me a visa gift card. Will never eat at this location again. Things have gone downhill since Mr. Pepper sold the place.

I had called to confirm Sr meal day and the woman on the phone said Wednesday and Saturday so my grandma sent me after her a Sr meal. When I went to order in the drive thru the lady said that it was for dine in only. I then asked her if there were any specials for drive through since my grandma was elderly, at home, and wasn’t able to come in and the lady hatefully said NO. If the Sr meal isn’t offered as take out or drive through they need to notify people when they call and ask before they drive all the way there for nothing. This review is 2 stars because their food is actually good. I would give a 0 stars if not for the good food.

Senior deals are no longer deals! $6.99 for a 2 piece fish dinner that used to be $5 and fries were cold/limp and fish was lukewarm and didn't taste like prior fish I'd gotten. Shame on you!

Food small portions. Gave my food to another table, man opened it and said it was not his and ask me was it mine. I was on my lunch hour, so my Husband was going to go ahead and order for me so I would not have to wait for food. Would not let him do that either, both Parties have to be there to take someones order [email protected]!!! Have always ate there at least 2-3 times a week, good food, but the way we were treated today We Will Not Be Going Back!!!Sorry but I have never been treated that way before there......

Sad they took the Buffet away, and the senior menu away as well. Many of our seniors from church enjoyed going there, but we no longer go there, prices went up too high. They will loose a lot of customers. We walked out and did not order anything.
