Worst customer service experience ever! Please go somewhere where you business is appreciated . Staffing shortage that has caused below mediocre food to take an hour made to-go on a non-busy weeknight and the employees and managers think being aggressive and disgustingly rude to customers is ridiculous. I'm not the Karen type I promise but let me tell you when I ask to talk to a manager there's usually a good reason and I ask nicely because I want answers and solutions not drama. The management had other plans. I was told he didn't know where my food is and not to get an attitude with them. When I asked how I had an attitude I was told you know why, you had an attitude asking to speak to me don't get an attitude with my bartender.he was truly the rudest manager I've ever seen in my life. In 33 years I've never had anyone be so ugly. I told him I understood if they're overwhelmed that's all he had to say and again was told well if you know we are overwhelmed don't get an attitude. If I ever treated a customer this way at any job I would have lost it on the spot.staff shortage does not give you the right to be hostile to customers.
It's almost always short staffed when coming here. You ask for extra sides and they charge way too much for a small amount of what you asked for. Overall the servers are great, the food is pretty good. These servers are just overworked and I hope they get treated right because they show up when no one else will!!! Just wanted to shout out the servers here. We see you! You are all doing amazing.

Visited on a March Madness Sunday(3/27). Half the restaurant was blocked off due to staff shortage. We were told there was only one person working in the kitchen, one server, and one bartender. 45 min to an hour wait.Unfortunately, We couldn't score the FREE nachos from the BWW app because they were OUT. I had the ?❎ boneless mild wings w/ fries ?.3️⃣of the boneless wings were really hard and chewy. Like the frying grease needed to be changed or something ??♂️My fiancée ?tried the All American Burger??. The burger ? looked like it came from Steak n Shake(not kidding) She said it was "OK", could be better.Kate, our server, was phenomenal. Very polite and professional. ??I'm surprised it was "short staffed" being a Sunday. There should ALWAYS be a full kitchen staff and at least 2 servers on the floor. Idk, maybe the owners should give their employees hourly raises and $$ bonusesWe will be back for those FREE NACHOS! ?
Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered online, food was supposed to be ready at 7:50 p.m., website even showed the food was ready at 7:50..... Didn't get our food until 8:30 p.m. and had to track somebody down to get them to check, and she was a hostess who looked as if she absolutely gave no d***.....so that's ridiculous, right?..... That's not all!!!! We get home with our food, and guess what? It had to have been ready since 7:50... Cold and Dry! EVERYTHING!!....Is that enough or do you want to know even more??..... Missing Buffalo Mac, Missing Kids Mac, French Fries were supposed to be Cheese Curds, Bone-In wings were made boneless and my Pepsi was sent as a diet Pepsi.....What the hell? Are you all trying to sabotage my dinner or If I hadn't have just moved back here, I would have thought this was personal....called manager and supposed to get a full refund, this was almost 24 hours ago and I've received nothing. You all will take care of this. I'm not paying for cold food that's not even the right in the first place. Y'all need help.*Update: Its now been 72 hours and I've still not received my refund as promised. The (assistant) manager that was supposed to issue the refund (supposedly) took down my card information too. So If my bank has no record of a refund, and he wrote down every detail, what did he have to have my card number for? Getting ready to lay waste to you all on social media if I don't have my refund pronto .
Wow. Where to begin with this specific location for B-Dubs...Tonight marks the last time that we choose them for our meals. We do most of our meals as take out, just because its easier with our little guy and just with how the world has been. We've had 3 other times where the manager has had to credit half of our orders because they mess them up, but tonight... they somehow managed to jack the entire 60 dollar order up ENTIRELY. Nothing we ordered was correct, and this was for 4 different people.We've called already and told them we won't be back and the manager has advised our order will be credited. Waste of chicken and time. Get your meal from somewhere else. Hell, O'Charley's is half the price, and they actually get your order right. Go there instead.
i love b dubs but this one was run by a bunch of lazy people. our server was the only one trying. it was dirty and the bathroom was horrid. there was a 45 min wait with most tables open and 7-10 waitresses and waiters standing around on there phones. 2 employees hanging out in the bathroom as well. food and our waiter were both good. but horrible management. this store is loosing money.
The first time there and I was very disappointed. I am on the ketogenic diet and was asking about the hot wings and no one knew if they was ketogenic or not. I asked if they was naked hot wings my waitress had no clue what I was talking about. So she did go and ask she was very sweet but I believe she was new. I ordered the hot wings bone in and a salad after finding out the hot wings was ketogenic. I ended up with about 12 pieces of lettuce a little bit of cheese a few tomatoes and some ranch dressing the salad was pitiful especially for the price that you pay for one. And then my hot wings come out I was pretty excited about them because I have always heard that Buffalo wild wings was great. The first one did I took a bite of I literally thought I would puke because of the slime and the chewiness of it. I said it to the side to try the next one to see if it was any better I thought okay maybe it's just me. Stuck a fork in the second one pulled it off dipped it took a bite of it and it was terrible as well. This is my first and last time ever going to Buffalo wild wings. They most definitely are not what they are cracked up to be.
Ordered through Uber Eats and when I got my food it was totally wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken club. I got a crispy chicken sandwich with some not so good hot sauce and no cheese or bacon...and they left the carrots and ranch out too. The fries and wedges were cold and hard as well. Just overall not a good experience.
Extremely disappointed. We waited to be seated due to know one being uo front. After being seated waited 20 minutes to order while our waitress and two other employees stood in their cube talking. I finally gave them a hard stare, and she came over , instead of apologizing after my husband complained she argued with us about how long we were there. We ordered and the order was wrong, she took it back and it was rushed so the wings were not all the way cooked, my husband and I both felt ill late that night and I do today. I checked the wings we brought home because of how we felt and they weren't all the way done , threw them out and $55.00 wasted. I wote on the receipt that I signed after paying bad service but at the time we wasn't aware we had bad food. Im so ill. Beware and make sure the chicken is cooked because food poisoning is not fun especially when its harder to be seen in ER or urgent care at this time with covid.We love Buffalo wild wings but will never return . I understand it was superbowl night but our waitress wasn't busy she was chatting with another guy and female worker instead of her customers had I not given them a hard mad stare who knows how much longer we would of been waiting. Food wasn't cooked all the way and now I am ill , this is not how I wanted Valentines day to be.
