Great food and service! Wish we had one in Delaware!!
We stopped by for a late dinner around 9:30, they close at 10. We were greeted kindly, and given a free drink for having to wait 5 min for a fresh biscuit. They had already closed their dinning room but came and opened door so we could use the restroom. Things could have went differently due to it being so late , but it did! This place is under great management!!
The food was good but they were out of several things. The staff was super friendly and helpful and that made up for any minor inconvenience!
Very curtious drive thru lady, changed my 100$ no problem food was hot and fast to get to us. Thank you all for being you.
If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. They're the rudest people I've ever come across in fast food. We ordered at 8:45 AM on Wednesday and God forbid they had to take our order!!. Then basically threw our food to us!! . We will NEVER be back.. it costs nothing to be kind & professional!!!
It's still just a fast food restaurant but the chicken always seems freshly fried and great flavor. They forgot one of my sides with my pick up but I was able to just pull right through the drive thru ans they gave me my side that was accidentally left out.
Great service and dirty rice and biscuit was ok!!! Chicken was terrible though.
I just went through the drive through, the staff is clearly dysfunctional. The lady working the cashier was very quick to get us through the line and was very rude and short with my order, being the only one in the line, acted like there were 100 cars behind me. When I received my food, we were missing straws, no utensils, the wrong size of Bo rounds, a side of sausage, the biscuits were Burnt. And when I asked if I couldPlease have my order correct, the staff got frustrated at me and slung it in a bag and tossed it out the window. Clearly this Bo- Jangles doesn’t have empathy for their customers nor does this location have any leadership or respect for customers. Would not recommend stopping at this location.
The food was good. I had to wait on the potato dots to finish cooking, not necessarily a bad thing unless you're in a hurry. The staff was friendly.
I stopped in for a mid morning bite to eat, had the spicy chicken biscuit and it was great as usual. What really impressed me was the friendly staff. Love this Bojangles.
