Went through drive thru. They forgot silverware for my sides. The drive thru line was backed up. The dining room was closed. Not a good experience.
They don't listen when I placed the order saying I should tell them next time what exactly was to be separated which I did tell them but they choose not to listen
The grilled chicken on a biscuit was delicious. The biscuit was soft and flaked and the chicken was tender. We will definitely try them again
Every time I go to this location of the night my food is always old. Tonight the fries were so old almost broke a tooth trying to eat them. I called the store about getting it replaced. I explained that I would be coming back tonight because it was my dinner. I just got off of a 14 hour shift. I called at 8:50 PM and pulled up at 9:05 to get the replacement food. They stated they had already turned everything off and I was out of luck. I explained that I was there at 8 PM and my food was given to me old and hard. It was not my fault that they could not complete their jobs properly. The manager that I talk to claimed he was the GM his name was Bernie. I am very disappointed and will never eat at this location again. I am also going to contact corporate first thing tomorrow. I hope he wasn’t lying about his job title.
They didn't have smoked sausage or gravey pork chop biscuits. Booo

I would like to know the true operating hours of this business because it says 5:30am but they are never open. Not even at 5:45am. All lights are off and everyone is standing by there car's, smoking.
I got a five piece box and the chicken was beaded weird and so small it was literally like getting a three piece combo for 9 dollars
Very disrespectful! I stopped by the drive thru to pick up dinner for my family with my 2 children in the back. I sat at the window for 15 min, no one greeted me or took my payment. After sitting for so long my children who were hungry started getting upset and my 10 month old started to cry. Well apparently my crying 10 month old calls for the cashier to slam the door in my kids face! You will not disrespect my children! How rude! Then the cashier tried to lie and say "I shut the door bc it cold" its 70 degrees outside and you work inside! I will never be back! You will not disrespect my family especially my children! The cashier should be fired and yes I will post this on all platforms and yes I will be calling corporate! Not like corporate will do anything, they are just as sorry!
Dining area is closed only drive thru. Headsets are broke so you just wait til it's your turn. Love bojangles. Worth the wait for me.
