Everything about this coffee shop and bakery is awesome. Great drinks, food, staff, and ambience. We visit here often.

We came here at the suggestion of our hotel front desk clerk and we were so glad that we did. It’s a popular place, it was lined up to the door, but it’s worth the wait. The staff is really friendly and very patient when you can’t decide what to pick. The case was eye candy, everything looked so good. We ended up picking the Tiramisu cake, strawberry cake and a crème filled doughnut. We took it back to our hotel for later. Both of the cakes were really good and I saved the doughnut for the next day. It was different from I am used to, but I really enjoyed every bite. Definitely worth a visit!
Great service good food good atmosphere
the employees are hateful. good food means nothing when the people are rude. the atmosphere just stinks all together. like I said in an earlier post, they waited for us to leave I guess all the employees were just walking past us, and there was literally like 60 people behind me and my family but we were in the front of the line. I work in this type of business do I know how it is, but behind snotty and literally getting a bowl of ice cream tossed at me and it was not filled up made me mad. Enough said.
The donuts and coffee are great. The red velvet dream cake is amazing. 4 stars because customer service could be better. The same lady gave me horrible service - felt very rushed and they have a huge selection, and a guy didn’t speak except to ask me to repeat my coffee order.
We got there Saturday afternoon and it was slammed. When we got our coffee I understood why. The coffee was delicious. Despite being busy we still found seating. It’s a big place. I love it here and will return when we visit Bristol again.My only request is that this place add one or two plant based desserts.
They have the best desserts. Anything you would want. Lattes, coffee, cakes. Ice cream. Any type of pastry,, bagels,, bread. Made in their bakery. Just to hang out and read a book and enjoy getting something for a sweet tooth. I would recommend Blackbird bakery for any type of ? ? desserts that your heart desires.
A very good reason to travel to Bristol is the fresh donuts and cakes served at Blackbird Bakery. The atmosphere inside is very welcoming. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. One of the few places where you can get some food, sit next to the fire and relax. Highly recommend!
