Ordering ahead is convenient. Good quality chicken for fast food. The drive though line wasn't as long and it is sometimes.
Inside is always closed for some reason but we always multiple employees inside sitting around in the booths or leaning on counters… sometimes the drive through worker is sweet, but there are some that are very rude and obviously don’t want to deal with customers. Make sure to go at peak lunch and dinner hours or else you get old/cold food, at least in our experience.

Dine in was closed. Food was cold and dry. Poor customer service. Outside laughing and playing around. If they spent as much time worrying about the food quality as much as they were playing around food would be Great. Cash Only. Not wearing Mask.

Everytime we have tried to eat at this location the inside is closed and there are no signs to let people know. This time there were about 8 employees standing around talking not doing anything so they were not short staffed. There's no excuse for closing the lobby!! It's really aggravating, if you get anything with sauce on it, it's too messy to eat in the car and then if you take it home your food is nasty cold and soggy! This is ridiculous and of course the employees are also rude and hateful Everytime we eat there. I'm not sure I will keep trying to eat there. I love the boneless wings and fried pickles but I hate the stress of trying to eat there.

Terrible food. I ordered and paid for 20 wings, but only got 16, and the ones they gave me were tiny and dry. The sandwich my girlfriend got was also dry and bad. Don’t waste your money here.
Zaxby's always good chicken hed the sweet and spicy sauce Wish we could have went in to sat down but Dining room is still closed inside
they close at like 6pm but refuse to update their hours on google. overpriced food and slow workers. the inside is also closed, so this zaxbys is very understaffed
