Made a mental note today to not come here during the summer time. never have had problems in the past, I’ve eaten here for 4 years …but today I waited almost 20 minutes for a 10 inch pizza with only pepperoni. There were 6 staff members on the floor, 4 of which weren’t doing anything at all. My pizza was burnt on the bottom and there shouldn’t have been a reason for this considering it wasn’t busy. Disappointed.

Great place to eat pizza to your liking. As many toppings as you like for one price! Very friendly staff.Especially clean. The restrooms are spotless.Best pizza, salads, pasta and penne’s in the area.Taking applications for employees and looking for a manager. Great fun place to work . Flexible scheduling. Apply within or on line.

Love the Gelato. Plus brady is great at customer service and cute as a button. He told me I was so beautiful. Made me feel special

After a long drive, we had a fun, delicious meal. We loved making our own pizza. Selecting all the ingredients! The staff was wonderful and a pleasure! Looking forward to another visit on our next trip to Blacksburg! Thank you!

I have never had a worse experience in my life. About as enjoyable as going to the dentist. If I could give this place a negative rating for wasting time of my life, I would. I ordered by phone with John, nice kid. I articulated that I wanted two large pies, one of those white. When I arrived at the shop and paid for my order the one pie was personal and not large. I apologized for any miscommunication on my end and asked for the right size since two members of my family would be splitting it for dinner. No one said anything to me about fixing my order or apologized. So I assumed they were and waited patiently for the order to be corrected. While I was waiting I heard the manager, Renee, inquiring as to how much I paid. At this point it seemed like she thought I was trying to “get one over” on her staff. When the pizza was finally done Renee brought it out and I offered to pay the difference. When I offered to pay the difference, Renee took me up on it with no apology for the inconvenience whatsoever. I then walked back to my hotel and THE OTHER PIZZA I ORDERED WAS WRONG. I called the restaurant and explained that my other pizza was as wrong, speaking to John again. John transferred me to “someone with more power”, being Renee. Renee then proceeded to ask me a plethora of questions about how I ordered and what I ordered, each of which I answered without question. She then said, “that may have been our fault, if you bring back that pizza we’ll replace it.” She actually wanted me to walk back with the second messed up pizza in order to fix it, WITH NO APOLOGY. I walked back to the store and she finally apologized, but took the old pizza BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER. So unsanitary. She then said they would fix it WITH NO APOLOGY. I walked back to the store and she finally apologized, but took the old pizza BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER. So unsanitary. She then said they would fix it with no compensation or offering for all the time I’ve spent at this point. Finally, after an hour and a half fiasco I got the pizza I ordered and it was the worst experience of my life.

I’ve eaten here twice now, and I think 3 stars is pretty fair. The pizza was decent and the staff (except for one person who really seemed like they’d rather be doing anything else in the world) was nice. I had a Build Your Own the first time I went and like it quite a bit, especially dipped in their ranch. The second time I went, I had their BBQ Chicken Pizza, and I can’t say I recommend it. Something in it tasted almost soapy. I thought the chicken may have been bad, but the more I ate it, the more I realized it was the BBQ sauce itself. It had a very strong balsamic vinegary taste to it that really ruined the whole thing. Only way I could finish it was to dunk it in an unholy amount of ranch. I had the cheese sticks both visits and was pretty underwhelmed both times. I think they use a wheat dough for the cheese sticks, and I personally thought that it tasted off, although I’m not sure if I can blame them for that since wheat dough has almost always been soapy-tasting to me. Overall, pretty decent place to go to after a day out.

We were in B'burg attending events at VA Tech and needed a quick dinner on a Friday evening. Reviews were mostly positive, they were close by, and a call found that they had plenty of seating available, so we headed over. We hit at a lull which was good since I was slow to grasp their ordering process. They say it's like a subway but it's pizza. It wasn't until we went through the line and were eating that it hit me. Just like in subway, you give the initial order and then you follow your pizza along! Luckily, we hit a slow time. They were soon swamped but served folks well. Enjoyed the pizza and the service. We are glad to have found them!

Had my order messed up twice in the matter of a few weeks by this location through UberEats. First time I order a BYO pasta with marinara that came with no marinara. (So basically just cheese and noodles…?) I chalk it up to an off night and order something elsewhere .Today I ordered pasta again and got a pizza that wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. Call the restaurant and the first individual who answered said something along the lines of, “I don’t know what you would like me to do besides get a manager.” Clearly that’s what I want.Manager was less than helpful, I will give them props for asking if I would like the pasta redelivered but when the box is clearly labeled “BYO pizza” and sent out when I ordered pasta, I don’t have a lot of confidence it would get to the right house. The manager said they were running on a skeleton crew and basically just made excuses for clear lack of attention to the food being expo’d….multiple times. Found myself repeating myself multiple times to her.I would suggest a refresher on expo’ing for the staff….and that manager probably doesn’t need to be leading shifts alone. You don’t have to throw your team under the bus when mistakes like this happen, but you don’t have to make poor excuses for repeated mistakes either. Especially because if *I* got the wrong order, at minimum 2 individuals are unhappy and had their orders screwed up.BOH is on their a game though because they food is always good….when I get the correct order. ?

My daughter ordered a WHITE PIZZA 14 in and a KIDS PESTO THRU door Dash from YOUR PIE PIZZA IN BLACKSBURG. They made the wrong PIZZA FOR THE 14 in and the KIDS PESTO WAS SOAKING WET FROM THE TOGO SODA THEY PUT IN THE SAME BAG THAT SPILLED…so I called I ordered anoy14 inch so the owner or the manager came from Blacksburg to Christiansburg and delivered a New Pizza but he brought a kids size only and he only brought one and ordered I had ordered two and when I told him it was wrong he had the audacity to yell at me and tell me do you know I just drove eight minutes to come here well that’s not my problem that’s your own problem I just spent $35 for a pizza that’s wrong…RUDE as can be…… horrible customer service this is a small town and they should value each and everybody’s wanting to do business during Covid… If I’m paying top dollar for something I want it done the way it was ordered and I don’t believe I deserve lip because of their mistake so just remember my pie it’s easy to get a first time person through the door it’s retaining that person in longevity that makes your money and also one bad review go to thousand places a good review just stays within one or two people so maybe you should up your a game On customer service and customer satisfaction obviously you need the $34.76 more than I do but just know I will be make sure that I tell the town and Christiansburg in Blacksburg is not that big

Best value in Blacksburg if you want a lot of custom toppings and/or vegan cheese! Love the ability to customize so extensively, and the crust is the right balance of crunchy and chewy.
