I guess with the staffing shortage they just hired anyone. Every time I come here it's always something. First they were only letting people order or pick up through the line. Well being a delivery driver my customers have to always wait some times up to an hour when they order from here. The staff is always rude and I've already had two incidents where they gave me the wrong orders or only gave my some of the order. I get it, the whole world is understaffed but in order to run a business, they need to have better training, service and attitudes. 2/10 don't recommend.

I had an issue with my order, and the staff responded very poorly. They were instantly combative and unfriendly. This Wendy's is usually very good, but I won't be coming back.

Blacksburg II on S. Main isn't open for breakfast. The orders are accurate at both locations. The wait isn't excessive.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The first time they gave our food to the wrong people. Then I guess the kitchen got mad they had to remake it and did a sloppy job of putting the burgers together. Most of the fries were in the bottom of the bag instead of the in the boxes. They also put mayonnaise on a sandwich we ordered with no mayonnaise. I understand they were busy but this kind of service is unacceptable and we won't be back to this location.

In a world where entry-level workers are fee and far between, we're having to adapt to changes in the service industryWe pulled up to this Wendy's with a pretty standard order of 2 combos, were told to pull up to wait for the next order, and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for our food, with multiple orders filled before usAfter calling to verify the status of our order, the general manager Felicia came out personally to explain the situation, and to offer us whatever we wanted in order to make the situation right. We understand that things fall through the cracks, orders are messed up, but the customer service provided really speaks to the quality of how this Wendy's is runShould this situation have happened in the first place? Probably not. Did they handle it well? No doubt

Asked for a croissant sandwich without the meat (egg and cheese only) and they just gave the croissant. Great job guys.

Place was very busy Long line at the drive thru but staff was quick and cheerful and no mistakes on.our order great job 2 thumbs up

Went there at 10:45 am, there website said they opened at 10. I had to walk up to the drive through since most Wendy’s have yet to open there dining rooms. They said they don’t open till 11. When did Wendy’s become so mismanaged? You get your order and it’s wrong, and or cold. I like the food I just can’t take the inconvenience.

Had a very trashy experience in the wendys drive through today. I rode over with my friend so that we could each pick up our mobile orders (total of 2) and they said we would have to come through the line again for the second one. We had already waited 20 minutes in the line; we ended up turning off the car at the window while being berated by the rude staff, and only when we threatened to hold the line up for as long as necessary, they finally gave us the 2nd mobile order. This place needs some serious work.

How did a cold frozen grow get in my bag? And I never had no nuggets from Wendy's that look like this. I'm use to there nice golden brown breaded nuggets. Naw
