Was missing half of my order but what do you expect from a drive thru in a college town in this part of the country
They are always close super early on random days if the week, the fact the a Taco Bell in a college town closes before midnight should be a crime. I love taco bell but this location is the worst I've ever had to deal with.
Tonight, 01/20/2022, at 9:00, I had an amazing experience at this taco bell. If you are reading this, the shift working then deserves a reward for being so amazing. I wrote a ton of reviews everywhere I go and this is one of if not the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. They were so kind, friendly, and funny and I came out with the biggest smile in my life. I'm about to eat my food so I can't write much more (yes I'm reviewing even before eating) but if you are reading this try to go near that shift, it's so worth it. It's a Thursday btw ;).
I have no idea whether the workers are lazy but Everytime I go the damn lobby is closed due to maintenance...when I try to order via Uber or door dash after seeing that note on their door it says the shop is closed.... absolutely pathetic deserve 0 stars first for your lobby so called maintenance and the fact you have employees who seem to be extremely lazy
Once in a while you want fast food taco bell is quick in out havent had them mess up an order yet and convenient bieng on main street
Food and service is fine but I genuinely don’t understand the need for a Taco Bell to close two days a week and close at 3pm on Weds and 5pm Thurs-Fri.
You didn’t give me my beefy 5 layer burrito, which was the reason I decided to give you my service. I spent $5 of my hard earned money on a burrito I never got to enjoy. As a broke college student with $20 to my name, I am extremely heartbroken and disappointed. El Rods would never do such a thing to me.
I don’t want to talk about how many times I’ve been here but … my roomie and I used to be on a first name basis with some workers there (I moved but I kept putting off this review). The only Taco Bell that understands me and actually melts the cheese. I say “Diablo” and they say “fill up the bag”. The defining establishment of my college experience <3
Fastest Taco Bell I've been through. Causes gastrointestinal distress like any other. Recommended!
Extremely rude service throughout the whole visit. I understand the frustration of working in the food industry as I did it for over 20 years, but if there are 2 or more drinks with an order in drive-thru and 1 person is in the car put the drinks in a drink carrier or at least offer one or maybe give the person time to ask for one before you abruptly shut the window on them. Also maybe next time refrain from being rude when talking to a paying customer. I will be calling the GM and the 800 number to file a complaint and I will never use this location again. The way I was talked to and the treatment I received tonight was very much uncalled for.....also COVID is still very rampant so wear a mask and gloves when handling people's food and drinks next time. Every other restaurant does it so should you.
