Ordered pizza at 5o’clock didn’t get it until 6:30and it was cold and wasn’t even sliced and the wannabe female Filiberto thing got a attitude with me because I didn’t give it a tip. Would not order from this branch if I were you I won’t again
Could have been brought to us hotter . Guy driver was delivering many orders we were the closest he went to the furthest first. Then we didn't get the sauce we ordered

This place messes up the order every time. Last time I was in here to pick up and order the manager was SCREAMING at people over a mopped floor.
Staff tend to have an attitude here but the last straw was a few weeks ago I picked up a pizza and it was all messed up but on top of that the ONE person working had a passive aggressive attitude and intentionally made me wait before handing me my order. I didn't say anything but responded to the order survey I received via email detailing all of order issues. I then received an email from the regional manager apologizing and pretending he cared, saying they would make it right because it was not Papa's "gold standard." I provided more details in my response to him and 2-3 weeks later I've still not received a response. It's one thing to have some dud employees and ask for feedback but when you feign good customer service then ghost the complainant it adds insult to injury. I won't be returning to this store.
I was at store to get 5 large pizza the guy told me deal large pizza with 5 topping $15 each I order 5 pizza total came out $115I ask them how comes that much the lady manager come with bad attitude and told us do you want pizza or not !!We said you guy told us deal and we order but look like it’s not the deal.Manager lady not give us deal and cancel our order.It’s very bad attitude but whole staffI will not go back on this locationAnd not recommend any one to go!!
I love Papa John's pizza so I will continue to get pizza here, but I was somewhat disappointed with my most recent experience. Despite living in Blacksburg city limits and less than 10 miles/less than 15 minutes from the shop, delivery wasn't an option. I had also asked for extra pepperoni, but on only half the pizza. Instead, we got light pepperoni on the entire pizza, and it was oddly underneath the cheese instead of on top. I don't know where the wires were crossed as it was an online order, not something on the phone that could be misunderstood. However the pizza did taste good and was ready for pickup within 20 minutes which was great, and I'm glad they are able to stay open despite local staffing shortages.
Bad service and pizza rack was off so my pizza was cold. As well as not cut though all the way.
If I am really hungry and don't have any options (like do or die situation) then only I will buy it.
