A lot of times they are out of skim or almond milk. Ordered coffee ahead of time but it wouldn't be ready. However, the coffee taste good.
I've added extra chicken and avocado to the last bowls that I've ordered for pickup and received less than the regular amount. I got ripped off so I'll stop buying from Panera for a long time and stop permanently if I get ripped off again. Beware!
I love Panera Bread, but this location does not have a drive -thru and it is always packed with people. This is good for their business but not as convenient if they had a drive-thru.
I love Panera Bread , since I first found it while walking for the first time in Blacksburg. Since then, I have spent tremendous amount of days for the last seven years. Ever since, I will always seek to eat in Panera Bread in many other states and cities I ever visited.Delicious, fresh , affordable, friendly staffs, easy parking.
Food was fresh but just ok. Bbq Chicken Salad was so boring, no flavor. Broccoli cheddar soup amazing as always. Almost every table was dirty.
After a day of errands I went to panera to grab lunch and asked if they had anything for dogs. They didn't but Rebecca was sweet enough to give some whipped cream for my buddy to enjoy while I got my food. This is why I keep coming back regardless of other lunch spots available. Thank you Rebecca ?
VERY DECEPTIVE: We arrived at this location at 7:30 pm. I specifically asked if we would have to leave before 8 pm or they just stopped serving at 8pm. The guy (who was new) went and asked the manager and told me that they just stopped serving at 8pm but they usually took about one hour after that to clean and close, so we were good. So we ordered for dine-in. But it took them 20 minutes to give us our order. Plus everything was to-go. And we have noticed that soups and salads are in smaller servings when it's to-go. So this was the first bummer. Plus they kept giving us dirty looks although we were told by the cashier that we would have time. We left at 8:17 pm and they were still cleaning. But they ruined this family treat we wanted to share with our kids. It's not the first time we have problems at this location. I think we will stop going to Panera Bread or at least to this location. I totally understand why they globally don't have good reviews.
I made an online order a week ago with a pickup time for 7:15am. I received a text stating my order was ready, go to the store, and discover a sign on the door saying that they would be opening at 9am during this week to allow staff to spend time with family. If you want to do that for your staff that is wonderful, but you are not a small business. You have to work inside the business model of the larger Panera corporation or figure out a way with your regional management to avoid this kind of situation.
Huge fan of their breakfast. My usual is the bacon, egg, and cheese over hard on ciabatta. Recently I've enjoyed the bacon, egg, and tomato breakfast wrap!
Even on a busy day, the service was as fast as possible. The broccoli cheese soup was great and of course the bread was fantastic.Nice place to eat. I will be coming back.
