Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had on either side of the Mississippi, multiple times that I’ve been here I’ve received either attitude or had something wrong with the order. Make sense for a college town but I digress

Legit lost my business. Not trucker friendly as they close dining room hours before closing time, nor will they serve you if you're forced by them to walk through the drive through. A little hard to drive a semi through the drive through. But don't worry about the trucks that supply you.

I’ll order McDonald’s when I’m working and can’t leave for lunch. My order is simple. Cheeseburgers. With just cheese. No matter where i order or when i order. It’s always wrong. I order nuggets just in case the burgers are messed up. Y’all want $15 an hour. But yet can’t make a simple order.

Been here a lot as a student, usually always quick/friendly/accurate with the order.But today I ordered a sausage McMuffin and they forgot the sausage.I’m McMad.

My special order was perfect and the fries were awesomely delicious!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT McDs

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered for curbside pickup. I placed the order at 9:57am. The app said it would be brought to the car within 5 minutes. It didn’t get to the car until almost 10:30am. The food was ice cold and the hot coffee I ordered was iced cold in the hot cup. I tried to call to see if it could be remade. It just rang until someone picked up and hung up 4 separate times. Went inside to be ignored for the next 10 minutes. I left and called corporate with them saying a manager would be calling back. The manager didn’t even call until almost 2 pm. At which time he continues to make excuses for the poor customer service. Tells me to come back in and they’ll remake the food. Told him I didn’t want anything I just wanted the refund since the food had to be tossed. He said to come back and they’d take care of it. Return to get my refund and the kid that was the manager on duty didn’t know what I was talking about, tried to refuse the refund. When I told them I was told to talk directly to him he finally looked at my receipt. Then didn’t want to give me the full refund for the coffee I ordered I had to tell him 2 separate times that wasn’t the correct total. After the transaction was completed he threw the receipt at me. If I could give a negative 17 I would. This used to be a good store. Now the poor customer service and rude staff have ruined coming to this one.

Oh-mi-gosh !!! The young lady taking the drive thru order around 8pm on Thursday Nov 4th was unbelievably curt and rude. Additionally, my very simple order was rung up incorrectly. She actually cleared the board and rang something else up...AND when giving me my card & receipt, instead of the usual "thank you" i typically receive from your other employees...she said " here you go" in a rather hateful tone. And now today (Sunday) when I ordered a hamburger and a small orange drink, she said "we can't do that". When i asked "can't do what?" she said "we can't do orange drinks" to which i said "ok, then a diet coke" ..THEN either genuinely or sarcastically, she asked "now what was the first thing you ordered?"....I hate to complain about any one employee, so I'll just say all of your employees except for one are great in delivering excellent customer service ! Thanks to those employees who know the meaning of pleasant, professional customer service !!

Very busy but staff are hard working and always helpful! Just watch the time of day you go during the week because the lunch time crunch makes this McDonald's no longer a fast food restaurant.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! EVERYONE WORKING WAA EXTREMELY RUDE, I HAD TO ASK THE CASHIER THREE TIMES TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR MY ORDER, MY BAG GOT TOSSED A CROSS THE COUNTER AND ALMOST FELL IN THE FLOOR THEN WHEN I ASK FOR MY DRINK BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SWEET TEA IN THE DINING ROOM IT GOT TOSSED SO HARD AT ME I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO WALK OUR WEARING IT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD ITS BEEN 30 MINS SINCE I LEFT AND IM STL HAVING A PANIC ATTACK. ALSO THE DINING AREA, DRINK AREA AMD ESPECIALLY KITCHEN ARE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Great service. Food was fresh.
