This establishment has went so downhill. There are many things wrong and I am sure some of it is staffing issues. Bartenders never acknowledge you as you are waiting to place a drink order (I have stood up there for 30 minutes with only 2 patrons actually sitting at the bar and me being the only one trying to place a drink order). The bowling lanes have no wax on them and look terrible. The wait staff for the bowling lanes are almost nonexistent with again waits of over 30 minutes. Food orders should not take over an hour and a half to get to you. This place needs to know when and how to staff because this is a constant issue the last 3 visits there. I won’t mention the rudeness if you ask to cancel a food order that has taken over 1 1/2 hours with other people in front of you not getting there food unless they are a party of 2 which somehow allows you to get your food first even though they came in an hour after you. Not one couple but three couples. I guess it’s easier to get their food out for some reason. Terrible management and terrible attitudes.

Great drinks and friendly staff I recommend if you'd like to chill out and drink eat game in there arcade. They also have the tvs for when the games are on.
It’s a shame that the service is so terrible, because the space is awesome. We came here to watch NFL football, and learned upon entering that the kitchen was turning over from brunch, so food wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 or later. Why would a sports bar not serve food during prime NFL time? We decided to stay and enjoy a drink. However, we never saw a waiter in our bowling lane(after 1 hour of waiting). The poor bartender was so overwhelmed, so we had no luck there either. I understand there is a labor shortage at the present time, but we saw several waiters walking around with very few tables. Needless to say, we left and will not return.
Yummy soup...the Philly Cheese Steak was delicious!
