First time ever there tonight I stopped in after a long day at 11:40pm the guys were really helpful and attentive right away explaining customer favorites etc. the subs were great my wife & I loved them I called back to let them know they’re doing a great job. Keep it up I will be returning!

I just moved from Milwaukee, WI and I ate JJ's there regularly. This is my first JJ's sub in Virginia and y'all ...this is the best and dankest JJ's sandwich I've ever had, hands down! They didn't skimp on the toppings, nor the extras requested. JJ's in Milwaukee had me giving up on the chain altogether, but this JJ's in Blacksburg, VA? Straight up, religious revival ?!Thanks y'all!- AJ ???
I never write reviews! But this is getting out of hand. Everytime the husky boy is delivering my sandwich half is gone. First time I got a hero and he only left me the bread. I thought maybe it was an accident. Nope ordered 5 sandwiches for a party and when he showed there was only the drinks and cookies and he claimed there were no sandwiches. Luckily one of neighbors snapped this picture of him nearby eating! This is disgusting! I DEMAND my money back and have this man fired or I will be taking legal action.
I NEVER write reviews, so that should tell you how much this place had an impact...The workers are so nice, friendly, and respectful. Please go support this business and these workers!!
Every time I order from here something isn't right on the order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered two country clubs, added onion, cut in half, specified napkins on both subs. Neither sub was cut, one didn't any have tomato or onion and no napkins in the bag. It doesn't do any good to be "fresk fast" if the order is not made correctly. If this was a rare occurrence I wouldn't even review it but I stopped ordering some time ago because it was always a pain to not get what you ordered and then have to call and complain or deal with it. I ordered last week and it was spot on except for forgetting to cut it in half. So today I decided to order again and it was a huge miss. If the order isn't accurate how fast you make it doesn't matter.Edit: reduced to one star because I filled out the little thing the corporate rep sent me and was supposed to be contacted by store and they never contacted me.

As we all know, Superfast service. Most stores I'm sure provide that. But this store has something extra. The people that work there are putting out sandwiches that are the bomb! There's a guy here that makes a veggie sandwich that is unbelievable. Check it out! You won't go wrong.
not really impressed with my sub would much rather eat at Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs
