the woman who made our food was nice but she totally messed up my order I ordered a regular steak and cheese sub with onion peppers lettuce Tom mayo.. all thay was on it was steak once.. my son ordered the same and it was also wrong.. really wish I would of checked my ordered before I left..
I walk in and they hand me a ticket with my order on it. So yes, I am Jersey Mike’s #1 fan and especially appreciate the Blacksburg team. Chase and Evan are leading an awesome team here - best customer service around! Restaurant is always clean and staff are always friendly - and the Buffalo chicken sub makes me want to run laps around Blacksburg because it is so good. Come see the team at Jersey Mike’s for your next meal!
I really do enjoy Jersey Mike's subs but they are just a tad expensive. To get a sandwich, chips and a drink is $15. However I have to give them full credit for a very delicious sandwich. I got their standard Italian that has three or four different meats on it and having it Mike's way is a really delicious sub. Their bread is outstanding. I don't think they should waste time carving meat for every individual sandwich. They can carve meat in the morning each day so that it's fresh and it won't be any less fresh than if they carved it 30 seconds before the sandwich was made. Sometimes that makes their service painfully slow.
My boyfriend and I came in today with my service dog and the guy working behind the counter was so sweet and nice to her and gave us some meat for her to eat while we ate. My boyfriend and I had never gone here before and the guy let us know what sandwiches were the best and served us with a smile. The entire time he was making our food he had a smile and was asking questions about our dog and telling us about his. At the end of our meal, he even came outside to see if there was anything else we needed and to ask us if the food was good! This is top tier customer service and I will be coming back in the future .
awesome customer service. I will note - careful when parking! It seems someone installed a lamp post a bit too close to a parking spot and it seems to have claimed quite a few bumpers. Perhaps the landlord could paint it orange, add a plastic/rubber bumper to it, or even better relocate it?

Came here about a week ago and when we walked in the employee remembered us, even remembered some of our orders. Been to a few places around town but these guys are great and treat you like a welcomed customer, unlike other places. The place was ACTUALLY clean, employees were kind, polite and professional even though they all looked 18-19. Kudos to the owners, management and EMPLOYEES! The management here did a great job in hiring their staff!P.S.Subs were GREAT!
Evan and Chase run the best Jersey Mike's that I have visited - Blacksburg Virginia. They are always friendly and personable when you enter the store. My father-in-law used to be a subway only person. After some convincing him to try Jersey Mike's with me, he will now only get his sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. we think that the food and the cleanliness is great, but the employees are the best.
I absolutely love this store, not only is the food excellent but the guys working today were very entertaining and friendly. I'm in sales and use this store for the lunches and they are always a big hit.
