We have been eating at this Hardee's for years, but tonight was absolutely the worst we have ever had. I ordered a burger with cheese, mustard, and ketchup with fries, then another burger combo with fries and unsweet tea for both. Was told at the drive thru that they had no unsweet tea. Then after we paid, I ask for ketchup and salt and was told they didn't have ketchup. So the burger I ordered had no mustard or ketchup, guess they were out of mustard too, half of our fries were burnt to a crisp along with the rock hard apple pies. And the burgers were terrible, I mean awful. I don't know what that taste was, it was like the meat was spoiled or something was. So we came back home and fixed us something to eat because the Hardee;s food went in the trash. I lonly gave it 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without it..Should have been no stars. Hardee's owes me back $20
Baddest service ever see in my life. Order from driveway,when I drive up to pay, the lady say “I ask you three time is than it you didn’t answer me, if you do that again I have to make you drive around reorder. I said “I did said that all” you didn’t hear me. She look so angry. I had order 20 pice chicken tenders and ask for barbecue sauce when I order. She forgot to put sauce in there. I ask her for sauce . She said is at the bottom of the box. I check the bottom of the chicken box no sauce. She is bushit. I ask her for sauce again she give two bbq sauce for 20 pice chicken tender. I think she had menstrual pain That day. This is my first time write review in my life and she is worst service I ever see in my life.
food is good but they somehow always manage to employee the most rude people they can find

Food is way over priced for lunch sevice is not very good sit out side for 35 mins after ordering to get 2 biscut and gravy not good it would be a good place for a burger king
They've always had quick service while I've been there, both in the dine-in area (before that closed) and the drive-thru. Orders have always been accurate.
I meant come on ! Same as always , wait on a long line just to for get your fires and nuggets. Dont notice till I get home. Then what call and they tell you to drive 20 mins back. ?❌?❗?
Believe they have better management now so it definitely a better customer to employ experience.

So my big complaint is the drive thru speaker system is ancient. Difficult to hear the person inside, constantly repeating. Time to UPDATE . This store is OLD and the owner has to be cheap.
