The other day while dining in with some friends, it was quite a unique experience. Not only did the food take a long time to come out, but the bell located in the kitchen was also incredibly disruptive to our meal. I’m not sure why it’s so loud, but it was rung to the point that we could not enjoy our meal in peace.
I have never been able to sit and dine in for greens, all because of the horrendous service. I have never experienced worse service than greens. Both times I tried to dine in there I ended up leaving because i couldnt stand the rudeness anymore. First of all, they wont greet u or even acknowledge you at the host stand. Once we finally got someone to speak to us they told us to wait outside for a table. After waiting 45 minutes outside the doors we noticed partys who arrived before us being seated. When i went back inside they were surprised we hadnt left yet and asked to wait longer. It was very apparent they had completely forgotten about us. I left. The servers are rude and never come by the table. Maybe they need more staff? Ive never been in an establishment more miserable than Greens. Idc how good their sushi is lol ive given up on them. As a hostess myself i was APPALLED. I wish I could know what makes everyone who works there so miserable and sad.

Great servers. Love the bartender's positive vibes.The Turkish Skewers with sweet potato fries entree was delicious! But equally delicious was the Asian egg roll appetizer which was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I had given up on egg rolls but thanks to Green’s, my interest is restored.
It was very crowded the night we went, so they asked if we would be willing to sit at the bar. We didn't realize that the bar is where they bring all dirty plates. It was very unsanitary. The servers all seemed to be confused as to who was doing what. The menu is extensive and the food was decent, but the chaotic scene in the restaurant was very off-putting.

While I enjoy Green's a lot, I can't give it a 5 star anymore. The last few times I've had mediocre food, and had to wait for over 45 minutes. This is a picture of there "Teriyaki Bowl" that is 11.99... it's barely got anything in it. Maybe a fourth portion that you would get at Sakura in Christiansburg? I loved this place a year or so ago, but I can't justify a 5 star anymore
Generally you go with low expectations when visiting college town. We had nothing but excellent experience with all restaurants in Blacksburg.We had Veg Burger, Veg Sushi and Teriyaki salad. Great food, love taste, service is superb. Have nothing to complain except I wish they were also in NOVA so we can visit more often.Have one more place for dinning in Blacksburg
The sushi I ordered was good. I would probably go back there again for more sushi.It was nice meeting my kids there for dinner before taking them home next morning.Honestly, the rest of the dining experience was OK.
I got sushi from here once and it was not bad.I just went here again to try their other items and I ordered the fish and chips and tilapia. Both fishes were flavorless and were bad quality. The total came to $20. Not worth. Could not finish it was so bad.
