I got a sub on January 18th 2022. outstanding customer service and more importantly, lol, the best sub I think I've had in my entire life! they are doing it correctly there and highly recommended!
Great place to eat, don't forget to buy a bucket when they have them. Useful and supports a good cause.

The only bad thing about the new BBQ Cuban Sub is that I ordered a medium instead of a large. Praying Firehouse permanently adds this sub to their menu! This new sub has slow-smoked pulled pork, freshly sliced Virginia honey ham, melted Swiss cheese, sweet & smoky chipotle slaw, spicy pickle chips, mayo, and sweet mustard BBQ sauce on a toasted sub roll. I ordered it exactly as described and it was delicious! I was worried about pairing the pulled pork with the ham, but it worked and when you added in the spice (not too much, just enough that you want to take that next bite) in the slaw and sweet mustard BBQ sauce it just made for great flavors! The reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 (the sandwich is a 5+) was due to service. I ordered online and asked for extra side pickles spears with each sandwich (we ordered 3 sandwiches) which should have been 6 pickles, but we only received 3 and that was only because when my husband picked up the order he asked for extra…had he not asked for extra pickles we wouldn’t have received any because the 6 we asked for in our online order were not in the bag. Normally I wouldn’t include pickles in the reviews, but this same thing seems to happen every time we order online or through the app, but never when we go inside and order. So, go get that new BBQ Cuban Sub, make it a large and remember to ask for pickles to make sure you get one!
First time here. Ordered a Cajun chicken sub online, simple process with lots of customization available, walked in, picked my order up right on time. Price is very fair for what you get. Mushrooms and tomatoes were on point! Very delicious and made for a quick lunch. Thank you!

Food was fine, but experience in the store wasn't good even consider that this place is a kind of fast food restaurant.
