They need to be ashamed of themselves to be open to public to give wrong food and then yell at the guest for complaining. I was given calzone with pepperoni while I had ordered a construction calzone. I came back and complained about it the guy with no shirt started yelling at me and told me that I should not have trusted him and it was my fault that I did not check my order before leaving. The girl changed my food. When I asked the names of the workers who were rude to me I was yelled at again by a new guy named Bob. He told me that since my food was replaced there was nothing to complain about. Wrong orders are very common. Nobody wears a name tag at this place they don’t even wear a shirt. They work in tank too sloppy jeans. They look like drug addicts to me honestly speaking. Definitely the worst place to buy food from. The food tasted stale and I just threw it.

The worst delivery service I have ever experienced the past 5 times I’ve ordered my food has arrived 30 minutes at least after the time given to me. They also do their own deliveries so you can’t even track where your order is.
The food here is typically good when you can get it. The problem is getting it. I have had 3 different orders now be delivered an hour after their expected arrival. When trying to call the front desk for an update or to cancel the order, no one answers the phone. I’ve sat on hold with them for over an hour in total tonight alone. Need new workers.
If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered and waited 1 & 1/2 hrs for food. Finally called the store and was put on hold for almost 45 minutes. No one ever answered. I ended up contacting grub hub and they refunded my money and gave me credit because of this! Even the grub hub worker sat on hold for 45 minutes before we both decided that it was absolutely insane! Never will order from here again!!

Top notch service and delivery.. Food is always consistently good... Is definitely highly recommended in the Blacksburg area..
This place has a bunch of calzones to choose from with great hours for when you get hungry in the middle of the night personally recommend the Roni Rolls and Bufferzone
Great food for a reasonable price. Order directly from the website and the food normally gets to you on time and the staff is really friendly. Love doing the Wednesday special deal. Definitely one of my favorite places in Blacksburg to eat
THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE RADFORD LOCATION, NOT BLACKSBURG!!!My friend and I drove over to the neighboring Subway to pick up a sandwich and parked in a space marked for customers of DP Dough. As we were pulling in, someone in another car honked the horn at us like she was angry that we took her space. We thought nothing of it, but when we were sitting in Subway waiting for our order, the driver who had honked at us came in, accompanied by another young woman whom I assume was her manager. The other woman asked who drove our make and model of car, and my friend and I said nothing because we assumed, from her angry tone, that the two women were looking for a fight. She then informed us, in a loud and equally angry voice, that our car would be towed if we didn’t move out of her driver’s special parking spot. Keep in mind that this spot was marked for CUSTOMERS, not employees of any restaurant. I have a very bad back and simply parked there because it was close, and we knew we would not be in the restaurant for long. Maybe we parked in a spot we should not have been in by mistake. Nevertheless, we did not, under any circumstances, deserve the rude announcement that we were given or the impolite manner in which we were treated. It was absolutely uncalled for. The driver could have asked us politely to move our car if we were in her spot, which she failed to do. This shows me that the staff of DP Dough is rude and inconsiderate, and I will never eat at this restaurant or give this business my money. Whatever you do, do not park in the “customer” spots behind DP Dough if you decide to eat here!
