Had it before but this time it was horrible. BBQ had no flavor and was cool when I got it, still have the covid precaution BS so couldn't even get out of the weather to walk up and order since our ambulance is too big to go through the drive through. I asked for a BBQ sandwich but they gave me a slab of BBQ, guess it's too hard to hear being next to a busy road. Definitely a college kids style food if all the food is like this. Quality over quantity so won't be back.
Everytime we've went to the Bburg one, it's been on point, this time utter disappointment. Order a Big Double Burger and asked what do ya want it, and reply everything except bacon, meaning mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickle, lettuce, onion, and tomato (could be forgetting something) then ya drive off to eat, and ya find that ya got the burger with only..... ketchup and tomato....jeeezzz!!! Rest of the food was great as usual, so it got some stars...
Chicken quesadillas were piping hot and had an acceptable amount of chicken and cheese in them. The strawberry shake is GAS. The Cajun fries were good and piping hot, but WAY TOO seasoned. The chicken wrap was SMALL XTRA SMALL. But overall a 2 AM hitter.
Food is incredibly tasty, fast, and dirt cheap. They forgot my corn dog when we went through the drive-thru but I just popped out of my car and picked it up from the pedestrian window. The website kind of sucks but that’s not really the fault of this location.
Not bad food, for its apparent target audience - VA Tech students. Quick drive-thru service, food was good.
Ordered double burger plate. Very disappointed in size of the burgers. Fries was hot and tasty. Just Not the same cookout several years ago.
We wanted to try a milkshake while we were in town. We ordered the candy cane milk shake. It's very thick. Couldn't really drink it from a straw, good thing we had a spoon to Dole it out between the 2 of us. It wasn't bad but it wasn't really a beverage.I would definitely go back there but I'm not gonna wait in a long car line, though.
I love the variety here. BBQ is my favorite. The hamburgers remind me of the old fashion burgers. The hot dog chili is amazing.The huge selection of milkshakes, Wow!!!
The food is really good and the wait time is reasonable. Friendliness of the staff could be a little better when you ask for the rest of your drinks or sauce for your chicken.
Went to the take out window on a very busy night. Brittany was an all star. She provided amazing service and a fantastic experience. Will be coming back to this location.
