This has to be the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is highly UNprofessional. I am currently waiting in line because they have to make more rice of all things. Last time i was here i had purchased their last bag of chips. The wait time for rice was originally 5-10min. Now she has come back 10 min. later to say it will be 20 min. If the place isn’t packed with a line wrapped around just don’t even bother.

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER!!!!! They're always way behind even on not super busy days (like 30 mins behind) makes much more sense to just order there unless you want to wait a really long time. They get irritated if you ask about your mobile so don’t bother service isn’t great but the food is yum so that’s why I gave 3/5.

Picked up a mobile order 20 minutes after scheduled time, no chips and queso or cup in bag...way understaffed and app needs an algorithm adjustment for real-time conditions.

Will never order from this branch again! It takes literally an hour to get your order ready! You order online to save time but it turns out the opposite. if you have a toddler with you be ready for lots of whining.Its not something new. This delay been going for months now!!

When we had arrived at 6:45 PM, there were signs indicating that the location was only taking digital/delivery orders, which isn't an issue in and of itselfThe issues is the fact that the digital kitchen appears to have been closed already at that point. We were unable to make a digital order through the Chipotle app. We had tried as well in the UberEats app with no success. It was difficult to tell at the time - we were willing to accept that this was a problem with the mobile app, until it was announced at 7:15 that they were out of rice and closing their kitchenThis review is not to complain about the employees of this locations, who were working their hardest to get orders done. I have to imagine this was rather poor planning on the part of some sort of management. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know how the inner workings of a Chipotle, but this seemed a serious breakdown 3 hours before the listed closing

Worst chipotle experience ever. We ordered through the app and waited 20 minutes only to find out that it would be at least another 15 minutes and that they were out of chips, sour cream, and who knows what else.

Always good food, but DO NOT mobile order here. Recently, my mobile orders have been 10 mins late minimum, sometimes up to an hour. No real apology. I'm rooting for the people who work here, they just really need to tighten up their order prioritization and customer service.

Went in on Oct. 30 and was told that they were taking no more orders for the day ?. They had 27 people waiting for food, one of which saud they had been waiting over 45 minutes, with only 2 employees in the entire eatablishment. This franchise needs some help.

probably the most pathetic chipotle I've ever been to. staff loses mobile orders, yet is somehow also too distracted to do in-person orders when customers are DIRECTLY in front of them. I figured if given plenty of time, they could figure out two bowls from mobile. order was completed ahead of schedule to my surprise; however, both bowls had no meat in it and one was purchased with extra meat. unless you intend to order from this specific restaurant with the intention of also helping to train their staff in the process while wasting your own time, I'd go to a different location.

If you don’t care about online orders just stop the service! You can’t just prioritize in store orders and forget about online orders. People were waiting in the restaurant for over an hour. When we asked the manager if he just didn’t care about us waiting, he said “that’s the way it is”…
