Good fresh food, friendly staff, clean store front and back. Incredibly expensive that's Chipotle for you.
I’ve seen some disgusting restaurants but not like this. Toilet paper spewed all over the floors in front of the bathrooms but yet visible in the dining area. I was in their waiting for a mobile order that should’ve been ready. I’m glad I waited otherwise I wouldn’t have seen how gross this place is not to mention how rude and unprofessional their staff is. Check your food for missing items. My bowl was missing items and the burrito was so small it looked like a soft taco. It was literally the size of a hot dog. I’m a college student and every dollar means something to me but this is on another level. What is going on at this location????
Not a fan of Chipotle's menu, but this location was clean and staff was efficient.
Seems understaffed. Staff is clearly disillusioned. I was rushed through my order despite being very familiar with ingredients and attempting to operate at the exasperating mental pace that the person serving me was. Pushed the bowl along and I had to tell the next guy to put in the missing ingredients I already asked for. Food was okay. Looks like they get pretty fed up having to handle mobile orders.
Canceled my catering order the morning of with no notification (despite the order being placed 5 days in advance and receiving a confirmation email 24 hrs prior) and charged my credit card for the full amount. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

These employees are amazing. They were working as hard as they could but they are clearly overwhelmed. They deserve a raise and some additional help.

Cut corners on food in favor of time, bombarded with online orders, understaffed. Should I go on? Just don't come here... better to get something else than wait an hour after when your food should be ready...
Most times it's good, one time it tasted like hand soap. Not like how sometimes cilantro tastes like soap. Actual soap. Maybe this is an isolated incident, or maybe they just soap random customers? Who can say.
