This place has awesome variety of food from pasta to Greek food to seafood and the portions are very big and filling. Flavor of the food is great and food is very fresh service is always good. The waitress was very helpful with the my dairy allergy and helped decided what to order. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. They had quite a selection. This is our go to place for great food and service whenever we are in Blacksburg.

Great place for lunch. Sat outside. Food was tasty. Diverse menu. Service was attentive. Our group had gyros, kabobs, and Brie grilled cheese. Would go back

Went here for the first time since i was here with a friend on campus. Short walk, and was a nice place inside. I had the 1/2 burger, you’ll definitely want to order medium over medium well as it still didn’t have pink in it(i ordered medium). Friend got a hawaiin pizza, she said it was good! The only negative was the guy never refilled our drinks. We had them empty by the time our food got there and he never asked/came back with refills. But good food and good location!

I was in Blacksburg for three days and ate at The Cellar twice! Actually, I tried once more but they were just too busy. The wait staff was extremely attentive for being as busy as they were. The food was fresh and delicious. The bread was crispy on the outside but was squishy soft on the inside. I ate the Greek veggie sub the first night and the Margarita Pizza on the last night. I loved both but if I had to choose a favorite it would have to be the pizza. The Cellar is well worth the wait!

We stopped in while in the area shopping, and it seemed like a decent local eatery close to the college to try. It was very relaxed, we wandered in and seated ourselves. It took a bit for service, but the waitress was pleasant and the food was okay. The ravioli was well presented but not home-made, or atleast it tasted frozen? Either way, they have a lot to chose from, and a good beer selection and the prices were reasonable. Its within walking distance of some other shops so it's convenient.

My family and I enjoyed our first time dining together at Cellar Restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was energetic, and the food was good, hot and rustic. We received first class service from our waiter named Manny and he treated us like old friends. Thank you Manny and staff!! We will come back and visit again! God bless, from the Vs!

My go to bar for dinner when visiting Blacksburg for business. Good beers on tap; huge selection of bottled beer. The food is between good and great; 8/10 on the food, it needs a bit more flavor. For a place that is primarily a bar, the menu is large with good variety and the food is above average compared to similar establishments.

Stopped but The Cellar with family during a road trip down I-81 (I am a Hokie Alumnus). The Cellar has always had an excellent atmosphere/ambiance - it is a special place for me. Our party was pleased, but not blown away by the food. The Cajun shrimp appetizer was great! My veggie gyro was decent, the Greek salad got similar reviews. Our waitress was polite and friendly, though noticeably busy/rushed as we were there during dinner hour. I will definitely go back again!

It was a good restaurant but I was not expecting Greek food. Staff was behind bar and had to be flagged down. Food was good wish they had a few more items on there menu

Bartender in basement bar was unbelievably rude tonight. Understandable as she was the sole bartender but speaking condescendingly and being rude to her non-regulars is unacceptable for any establishment.
