placed a takeout order and they only gave us 10 of the 20 wings we paid for and forgot the side sauce for my naked tenders. my side of fries were dried out and sad, not to mention every single thing in our order was stone cold. $40 for the worst meal i’ve had in a long time. i’m not one to waste time leaving a bad review but this was just ridiculous
Good food and decent service. Needs more parking and less construction going on around it to make it more accessible. It is however not Buffalo Wild Wings fault it is VTs but all in all it is a nice place to eat.
Ordered online, I didn't have the option for special instructions because it says to call the store. So I immediately called and requested all flats as I do not eat the legs because I'm totally grossed out by them. Only to get my over priced lunch filled with legs. So disappointed! Beware of online ordering. and HAD NO NAPKINS!!!
Very nice staff! My first time there and probably only time. I'm just briefly visiting. They are very young and immediately on the ball. I was impressed!
Ordered to go and realized we were missing part of the order when we got home. I tried to call this location to let them know we were shorted but no one would pick up. After having to go all the way back to the restaurant, I didn’t even receive an apology. Very poor service will not be going back.
This establishment is a disgrace to the buffalo wild wings franchise. They took over 2 hours to bring out our order. The order was wrong and the food was cold. If you enjoy cold food that you didn't order, I highly recommend going to this buffalo wild wings.
I ordered online and was provided with an estimated pickup time of 9:20, I came in at 9:15 and was told that it’ll take 5 minutes to package it. It is currently 10:05pm and I am still waiting on that order. I asked the workers multiple times to provide me with an updated pickup time with no response, this is ridiculous. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but update your pickup times to a reasonable time. Multiple orders with pickup times later than mine were delivered while I waited.
Ate here on 10/9 before a VT football game. Arrived just after they opened and I'm glad we did; it got packed/busy soon after. Cameron was our server and also the bartender. She NEVER missed a beat with refills and was at our table seemingly all the time. Great service --- Thank You Cameron!!!
The service here is out of this world. The speed at which the waiter comes to refill your drink as soon as it is empty, as well as their attentiveness and thoughtfulness overall is stunning. And of course BOGO wings on Tuesday is great.
Very clean, bright and great ambiance. Glass walls overlooking street below. Louder inside due to lower ceilings, but fantastic service and great food.
